Easy to use and reserve. Parking lot felt secure and safe. I would have given 5 stars but there were no instructions once you entered the garage on how to enter my reservation #. And when I left the parking garage it made me pay again. I didn’t know how to enter or exit correctly and with people behind me it was a little frustrating. Customer service was great and refunded me right away no problem.

there are two exit gates. only one worked. I had to back out to change gates. Need sign to explain which gate works automatically. since the system has my plate, I entered easily with no ticket. but I had no ticket to exit and the gate didn't work

You advertised $12 early bird special which I met from a time perspective. Yet my bill was $43 for 10 hours. Not parking here again.

The people who work at this garage are a delight. The reason for the low rating is it's a bad, manipulative business practice that this company advertises the rate as $12 for early bird parking to attract more customers, when the price is actually $15.97. (They say that's just the cost of taxes - and have that in super fine print on their signs, but that's not how other parking lots do it). So then their ESL staff are left having to deal with angry customers who think they're being overcharged. Just charge $16 and don't be so sneaky about it.

The pay app option was great! We were walking around the area and did not sure how much time we needed. The app is easy to use and increase time as needed. Thanks,

Parking too expensive. If you want to bring people downtown make parking free.

The garage never got notification of our arrival or the payment, so we had to pay twice. After Notifying parking.com immediately, 2 days later still no refund. Go figure.

The parking was always different prices than advertised, often charging more than displaying at checkout.

We got a ticket that was completely our fault. We had paid, but we accidentally gave the wrong cars license plate. Obviously we got ticketed. We were able to easily submit for a review and give proof of payment. A week later we were told our ticket was voided. Thanks for hearing us out!

The attendants are nice and watchful. I feel my car is safe.

There was nothing special either in the positive or negative. But 5 stars seems to be expected in reviews for that kind of experience.

The sign before you entered said it was $10 for early bird parking I parked before 8:00 a.m. and I was charged over that.

Price advertised on sign and by parking attendant was not the price charged online.

Needs better design, too easy to make mistakes.

Easy and convenient!

The garage is small and trying to get cars in and out on the same ramp built for single vehicle traffic. Traffic jams on the ramps. Not built for pickups at all (there should be a restriction sign). Cars parked made out even more difficult even for single car passing. Incredibly expensive for 1.5 hours ($25 I think). An insurance nightmare.

I was going to a movie downtown Seattle and it was conveniently located right next to the theater. Just in case I paid for 3 hours and 15 minutes because that was the maximum amount. The movie turned out to be 3 hours long and when I got back to the garage it was locked... The guy at the garage was super nice didn't speak much English but he let me get my car out. I guess the garage closed at 10:00 and I was in a hurry and didn't pay much attention. Totally my fault. Super thankful for good people.
