The process is so easy. I often go to concerts at the Pikes Peak Center and I have season tickets to the Philharmonic. In past years there was alway a line of cars waiting to leave the parking lot. It was a slow process because people were paying their parking fee for the evening. Now that the payment process is done digitally when you arrive, there is no waiting when you exit.

It was pretty easy to figure out but it was way to expensive. I parked for 3 hours which was $12.95, then I went extend for an hour which again had a $12.95 charge, which I fond ridiculous. This is the second time using the parking.com and the first time I received a ticket in the mail because the app/website was down and wouldn't let me check in or anything. This will be the last time I will be using these services.

Easy access on the day before St. Patricks Day and very close to my gig at Jack Quinns. QR code link worked well and payment by credit card was easy. The only suggestion for improvement is to add Venmo as one of the payment options.

For some reason I was having a hard time (maybe due to the snow) to get the QR to register in my camera. Other than that, everything was perfectly fine.

Bad relative to other operations.

It charged me 8 times for one time parking. The app was totally a pain!

This is the most time consuming and confusing way to pay for parking. All you need is a Kiosk like other parking places where you just insert your card/add license plate number and ticket prints.

Convenient, reasonably priced and easy access

I registered for an hour and a half of time. After 15 minutes, I was informed I owed money and would need to pay more money. I was informed at an hour that my time had run out and I needed to pay again. I was actually unable to pay until several days later, due to the website trying to process a $0 payment, despite showing a 12.99 charge. The amount charge didn't match any of the physical signed in the lot. In short, this parking lot (Cascade and Pikes Peak in Colorado Springs) and website are utter crap and should be avoided.

Ist use! Ask for help.

Apple Pay didn’t work, so took longer to transact.

12.99 to park for 90 minutes is way too much, lots more than we have paid other places.

Your app doesn’t work and the harassing text were confusing to say the least. I will never park at your location again.

To expensive!! We aren’t Denver yet!

This location has a stupid app, no attendant and no way to pay except by going to your app and trying to guess how much time you will be there. It doesn't let you put less then an hour and I ended up paying $4.99 for one hour. I'll park elsewhere and walk from now on.
