On site parking attendant. Outdoor street level parking, easily accessible. Convenient on line early payment.
The spaces in this lot are too small
The spaces in this lot are too small. I drive a compact car and was parked in the center of a space. I watched the parking attendant park a van in the center of the space next to mine, but the spaces aren’t big enough so he pushed the vans door into my door, dimpled the metal, and removed paint. To make matters worse, he denied it, literally as he was doing it, and continued to deny it afterwards. I took pictures of the damage and my paint on the other car’s door. The attendant was very busy. I called him over again to see if there was any resolution or compensation available, and pointed out the paint missing from my door and now on the other door. He continued to deny it while purposefully wiping off the paint to try to clear the evidence.
The whole reason I was in the lot in the first place was because I saw a ticket in my windshield even though I had used the QR code to pay for the parking. The attendant couldn’t help with this either and continued to be rude and dismissive even though I was keeping my cool.
I have messaged the company and am hoping they will at a minimum dismiss the ticket, but what a hassle. And they should offer some compensation for the damage to my car, since it was their employee, but I don’t have high hopes. I gave it two starts because this lot is the closest to my home and I have used it in the past without issue. I want to keep using it as it is convenient, but I don’t ever want to repeat this experience. We’ll see how the company responds to my complaint. That will greatly affect my decisions going forward

We parked our car at the Cosmo Place Parking lot since we were checked in at the Club Wyndham Canterbury. When we arrived at past 3 PM, the lot still had space so it was easy to find parking. The prepayment was easy to do, especially with a credit card. The rate was affordable, and our rental car was kept safe.

The parking spot was just ok
The parking spot was just ok. Also it should do a better job at explaining the prices better.... Payed for 2 hours at $25 and wanted to add some more time before it ran out. But, come to find out it's $25 for day parking. If I would've known that I would have just paid for day at the beginning. Basically paid for $50 when I could've paid for only $25 if it was described better...

I was told that the parking was 2 to 3 blocks from the Masonic Auditorium.
It was 5 to 6 blocks uphill.
My friend has difficulty climbing hills and this was not a good experience for her.
I also said I would need parking from 7 pm to 11 pm at the latest, but when I was sent the agreement parking was to 11:30 pm. Twice I said I only needed until 11 pm at the latest.
No way to pay a citation
Customer support never answered, I was waiting 1st place in the queue for an hour. There should be a way to look up a license plate number in order to pay a citation.
