What a pain in the nether regions, and what a rip off for dollar amount to parking time. If I use this service twice a month, I forfeit a car payment.

Perfect didn't have to wait although the parking attendant was confused for a few seconds another attendant knew immediately what it was about

Good morning

I had a Wonderful experience at The Capital grille restaurant in miami/Brickell on the evening of November 24, 2023. My complaint is with the lady at the parking booth.
I paid the restaurant Valet $20 (15 valet + 5 tip) He was very polite and courteous. On the other hand the lady at the booth was rude beyond imagination from the time I approached her to give her my valet ticket.
First, she claimed in a rude manner that I was too close to the booth and she had to get out, so I moved. Then I handed the valet receipt and she asked me what was she supposed to do with it, I did not quite understood what she meant and she then said that she could not open the gate with that receipt. Miraculous the gate opened. I then requested my receipt back and that is when things really got out of hand, she said she would not give the receipt back and if I wanted a receipt I should have paid her and not use the valet. I explained I need it that receipt for accounting purpose and she told me to take a photo, I told her, that will not work for my company, then she goes on to say that when I get home I can print a copy of the photo. By this time she kept telling me to move on and get out of there. Then, she asked me what kind of cheap company I worked for that is going to go broke for $20 and that she was sure it was my first time in The Capital Grill. I take those two last statements very offensive. She should not make personal comments but even worst she continue with racial statements, such as “I bet you ate from Latin America, what Latin American country are you from?” I immediately called The Capital Grill to report her, and was told that this particular lady has many complaints and the parking company does not take action.
Once I left, I noticed she charged my credit card with $36, disregarding the $20 I paid the valet. For me this is Credit Card fraud.
I hope someone higher up in management would do something. Personally I will not return to this particular restaurant so I don’t have to go through this ordeal again.

Perfect, no problem

It's really confusing when entering the garage and not being able to take a ticket and start reading the new method.
Then, you lose time reading the message, logging in, adding the card and then sending the message to exit.
Then at exit, i could not find the exit number to text (while driving) so I stopped to find it when the gate open. Too much time invested in only parking!

Too expensive. I was 1 hour and 1 minute and 1 payed 22 usd unbelievable!

This was a new experience for me. I have to say it was soooo easy! Great innovation!

The parking at 444 Brickell Ave. In Miami was way too complicated and not easy to follow. Not everyone, especially elderly who frequent this location often, are able to manage all the steps. Even when leaving you still had additional steps to do. It should either be one of the other park by phone applications and forget all the scanning and text and inputting credit cards or keep the ticket form. Thanks

Very confusing. What if you didn’t have a smart phone. Go back to the ticket. Thank goodness for the valet guy that was so helpful. Also very expensive to park.

It was confusing. There are additional fees to use it on top of the parking charge. People in front of us couldn't figure out how to scan their way in or out so there was a parking jam getting in and trying to get out. It was better and more convenient before without parking.com and there wasn't the parking.com additional fee.

It's a great app. It allows me to park everywhere in Miami. no worries

Horrible system, didn’t accept Apple Pay, took much longer than either taking a paper slip or using a known parking app.
Never parking at that location again.

the QR code didn't work and I was overcharged for parking at 444 Brickell Ave Miami. I was at lunch at Capital Grille and was supposed to be charged 5.00. Was charged 35.00

15 minutes to get in and 10 minutes to get out, is that enough?

At one point, I had a question, however the attendant was not very helpful and was dismissive of my concern

Fantastic technology and relatively easy to use.
The only reason I gave you 4 stars is because the restaurants messed with the qr and posted a different one I the lobby instead is using the one inside the elevator.
