I think the app was super easy to use. I think it'd be nice to be able to put in an end time and have the app calculate the time period instead of the other way around, but since the charge is by the day it's not a big deal.

Easy to set up. Based on my license plate, it was able to determine I was eligible for in region pricing at RTD lot.

Worked easily first time. I was a bit worried as we were gone for a week.

Parking and paying were easy and fine
Parking and paying were easy and fine, but when we returned home we found that our vehicle had all 4 catalytic converters stolen off of it while it was parked. The estimate to replace these with labor is $3700.00! Ouch.

charged service fee when parking was actually free
Parking was free on a Sunday. No signs stated that though. I went into parking.com to pay and it said $0.35 cents for the 4 hours I expected to be parked.
I paid it. Only On the receipt did I realize I had been charged a service fee even though I didn’t owe anything for parking.
Very misleading and disappointing.
