Great place to park the car while…
Great place to park the car while you’re on a cruise. Very convenient and close to the terminal. As soon as we got off the ship we were able to get into the car and head out.

Paying by kiosk in the parking lot
The kiosk in the parking lot only allowed for choosing either 8 or 12 hours at exorbitant rates. After locating a "smart" phone I was able to text the number and extend the time to 3 days (which is what was needed) at a more reasonable, though still pricey, rate. You need to stop assuming all customers have a smart phone and make more choices available at the kiosk.

Parking was right by the Alamo!! I don’t like those stupid bar codes to pay and 20 bucks for 3 hours is expensive!! Cmon tens of thousands of cars park there yearly and so it shouldn’t cost that much. Besides that was ok thank you.

When we parked, we expected $10-15 for the day. The same as the garages in the same area were. Instead we were surprised with a $30 parking bill for just 6 hours.

The kiosk does not work, no clear instructions and had to pay two times before we gave up on getting a receipt and just hoped we wouldn’t get towed.

OUR EPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD, THE ONLY KIND OF TROUBLE WAS THAT, WHEN WE WANT TO GO OUT OF THE PARKING LOT WHEN I HAVE TO PRESENT DE CREDIT CARD, THE CARD HAS TO HAVE THE NAME AND THE NUMBER IN IT, BUT IN MY CASE, THE CREDIT CARD ONLY HAS THE NAME BECAUSE THE SECURITY THAT WE HAVE IN MEXICO, SO THEY DONT WANT TO PROCEED THE PAYMENT.
