Too expensive. This is one reason I never come downtown anymore unless I have to. Every parking entity in Nashville should be ashamed for the prices they charge.

Great place to park easy access and payment, well lit area.

Paid for parking and still received a ticket.

The Parking Spot is my “go to” when flying out of BNA. Their location is perfect; the staff is kind and efficient. My car is always ready with trunk open and keys in the car ready for me to exit.

You’re a company that charges dumb amounts of money to leave a car somewhere to do something like eat lunch and you’re asking for reviews? Does anyone have a great experience paying through the nose to leave their car somewhere? I went in because I had no choice but to either pay you or one of the other vultures, had to do an annoying online process to pay, paid too much money to park for an hour, then left. Get stuffed.

Easy in, easy out . . . avoid the traffic hassle

Location was great.
Pricing was terribly expensive. Pricing is not family friendly when on a tight budget.
July 4th must be a good opportunity to overcharge for such a basic service. for this price you expect valet service, a security guard.

Easy access

Like convenance if process. Did not like system holding license plate number especially with rental car. Recieved many text after rental use that license was used to park car again. Make it more clear in application on web if car is rental. It’s very ambiguous and should read is this a rental car! Cost are outrageous too. For Half of trip switched to Uber which was half cost of parking on round trip and much faster

Overpriced parking. After the first day we quickly realized it was way cheaper to Uber downtown and back than to pay for parking.

Was not able to extend parking via my phone resulting in a ticket. Will not be using these lots moving forward.

2 blocks from music city center, bar district. Didn't worry about vehicle felt very secure. Loved it. Been trying to go to this for 16years. Country Music Festival is always on or around my Bday June 9th. Finally got my hubby to go. I finally made it at age 56. I plan on going 2025, but I'd like to stay within walking distance 2025. We stayed 6 miles from center. Next year I would like to be @ center or very close at it, so we could really enjoy it even better without having to drive & be in all the backups of traffic. Throw my name in the drawing for the CMF 2025. That would be Awesome Sauce to win those tickets for next year.

Stated it was only $10 but in fine print said for just the first hour. Poorly lit and poorly paved parking lot

I put a total of $1.35 in the machine and never received a ticket with my clock in on it. I tried to use my debit card, that also did not work. I would like to receive my money back. I kept feeding the machine on the property and it never worked.
