It was really easy to do
It was really easy to do. And if there was someway of not having to sit there and type in all your information that would be great. It was raining and I was trying to hurry. Was a little frustrating, but overall the experience was great

The online reservation and payment…
The online reservation and payment before attending an event is very convenient. When going to an event in downtown Houston it is so helpful knowing where you are going to park and knowing you will have a place to park.

Minute Maid Park Parking
It was easy to find the location and parking was abundant when we went. The location is also not far from Minute Maid Park which made the walk easier in the Texas heat.

It is important that people follow instructions because one of my co-workers did not complete the payment while he was at the parking lot, so his SUV got booted. The company rep. was very rude!!!!
Your company provided the instructions real clear an easy app to fill out.

Easy to use, QR code too high.
I would have given this a five-star rating, but the sign that had the app was eight feet in the air. I wasn’t able to reach it, but my husband could. Otherwise, super-easy and autofill worked great.

I rated 4 of 5 only because when I pay online for event parking and get there to see that the posted cost at the lot is less. Easy fix tho. Cancel my online reservation and repurchase at the lot. Conrad who manages the lot is courteous and professional.
