This is the worst app. It wouldn’t work majority of the time.

Very convenient, I always find one of this parking places and i love that they are located very close of the places i normally visit, don't have to worry about running to the parking meter to add more money because I can do it all from my cell

More expensive than other parking in the area. The only redeeming quality is that you can extend your meter time, but they send you a message saying your meter is expiring 30 minutes before it is expiring. I'll use other alternatives next time I park in that area.

This is a confusing lot. It says to park in the red lines, but the snow cover prevents you from telling where you can park. When you find the red marks, the sign says reserved. On top of all that, it is egregiously expensive to the point of being offensive.

Honestly the parking rules are not easy to read nor do they logically make sense unless you read them a few times - still unclear what happens on the weekends during the day time, but paid anyways because most often people who run these business are quick to tow to make a buck

What i liked about this pay parking lot was the reminder of when your time was going to end and if you would want to add more time without going back to the pay station!

Cost too much and weekend parking and the not red labled parking spaces were free!

The internet connection was terrible in that area and I was charged twice because I was afraid to get my car towed

The overall process was awful. We had to walk to another part of the lot opposite of where the majority of people will go to find the QR code on a sign that was blocked because all the snow had been shoveled up against it. I got to the website to input my info, but was then asked for a code for the lot that was only on that one sign, so had to walk all the way back across the lot again. I input the code and my card information, but instead of telling me my order was processed, it took me back to a screen to input my info again. At that point, we were so frustrated and decided to not park there or use this service. I did not know that my card had been charged until after the hour, I paid a ridiculous amount for, when I was emailed the receipt. I will avoid these lots in the future.

I was here only a few minutes since the event I was doing got cancelled. I'm guessing I can't get a refund, couldn't find a way to contact thos company.

WAY too expensive. Street parking is available directly next to the lot for 25% of the price. Site is clunky and barely loads.

I paid 2 times for one parking, no response for anyone on customer service, and i cant even see the notice of the parking at night, you need a lamp on the notice so everybody knows than we have to paid,

Paid 10 for 30 min then had to pay another 10 to extend rip off money grab forsure
