You are not guaranteed a spot even if…
You are not guaranteed a spot even if you pay for it. We paid for two days and when we came back from our event on the second day there was no parking available. We drove around for 20 minutes trying to find other parking and just happened to see someone else leaving and were able to take their spot once they left. Definitely not ideal. Lot was very dirty and rundown as well.

Leagues better than the lot next to it
The first parking lot we tried to pay for would not load in the app and kept failing at the payment screen (1313 Tremont) but I remembered using the Glenarm parking lot (literally right next to where we were) and it worked fine so I walked over and tried this parking lot instead. The app still didn't work but the website did! It let me pay for all the days we would be there at once and was actually a better price! When it turned out my partner had also finally been able to get his payment through for the other lot and I had to call customer service for help canceling one of the payments they answered very promptly and resolved our issue in minutes. He was able to get his refund within a few days, very helpful. We will go straight to this lot next time.

Easy, convenient app and friendly reminders
The payment process is convenient and easy. The app sends messages to remind you how long you have parked and how long is remaining, and it is easy to extend the parking time. The reminders are very helpful.

3 day parking pass worked great
Wasn't sure we would actually be able to park in the lot for each of the 3 days we paid for but we had no problems! Pleasantly surprised!!!

I was charged twice. I guess I wasn't sure whether the initial transaction went through. Then didn't see that I was charged twice a couple days later
