They gave me a ticket even tho I payed for 2 hours. When I tried to explain that I did pay they still said I had to pay the 50 dollar ticket

I recently parked my truck while in town for work in this lot and had a great experience. The service was absolutely outstanding - all thanks to LEVI! His knowledge was impressive and he was very efficient helping me park without any hassle. It was also easy to pay on my phone. 10/10 would recommend and thank you Levi!

Easy to scan the QR code or put in the website and pay for your parking! Rates are very reasonable for downtown. Lot was clean.

Sign says one price, when u pay it's more.

+ Convenient location w/available spaces
- VERY tight maneuver to exit parking space
- Expensive hourly rate
- No option to pay onsite, albeit the app was easy to use

Great spot easy enough to go to one end of the city from Findlay market to the banks and avoid opening day traffic delays

The parking lot was fine but the posted rates on the signage didn't match what I paid. I paid more.

Paying by the machine wasn’t working, but using the QR code was easy enough and worked just fine.

Paid but received a ticket anyway. Received a text at 12:42 saying our time was almost up but received the ticket at 12:13????

The system works well. It is difficult to read the faces of the meters. It is not clear how late into the evening the space is metered.

I felt that it was unreasonable to charge almost $13 on a Saturday morning from 9 a.m. to 11.15 a.m. There were likely 3-4 cars parked in an otherwise empty lot. This practice of overcharging customers in an unattended lot, at a non-rush hour, will discourage others from coming to the OTR.

Scanned the URL at the lot on my phone. Thought it worked. When I got to my car a $50 ticket was on the windshield. I went back to the URL and was charged twice in addition to the $50 ticket on my windshield.

I pulled into the lot at 6pm. I paid for three hours. Spent 7 min signing up for the app. We decided to keep the car there and walk to a restaurant. I got a push notification that my three hrs were almost up. I clicked on notification but it asked for my unit location. It wasn’t automatically in notification or on the app. I was then given a charge of $43.

Easy to use. Scan the qr code and pay the fee. Even got notice on my phone when time was almost up in case I needed more time.

Easy, fairly quick but I’d prefer to pay cash and not use my CC.

There were two options for paying; I chose the more difficult as a personal challenge/experiment. It was time-consuming and I didn't like entering my credit card number into the unknown. But that was ok. On returning, we were panhandled in the lot by someone wearing a 3CDC Garage jacket... I'll have to really need to go downtown to repeat the experience.

I got the alert to add time which was helpful but the process to do so was cumbersome and even though I thought I set it for one more hour somehow it defaulted to or switched to 2 more hours.

Paying for parking via a QR-Code worked well. The parking lot was well lit.
