Parking without a human attendant
I am not able to store info to use each time I park even though I have repeatedly asked to do so. Today, the "rate could not be calculated," and I wasted almost 10 minutes trying to log in to pay. Finally, when I got to my office and had access to WiFi, I was able to complete the transaction.

Your system doesn;t work
No one in my office could pay because, we found out, your system was down. But there was no notification.
Your software is inadequate. It needs to be programmed so that after you pay once and your CC is no the system, camera should be able to autopay when your camera takes license plate.
This difficulty happens often. System sucks

I had a difficult time understanding the app. I had to reach out to other customers in the garage for help. I would recommend having someone on site (or phone) to walk you through the process. Once I understood the process, it was a great experience!

App didn't indicate what time the garage closes
It allowed me to say that I was parking until 7:15 pm but the garage closes at 7 pm.
