I think having to use a QR code is not wise. Not everyone has a smart phone, if you do it is not convenient to have to complete all your information on an app. It might be very 21st century, but not everything new is good!

This was unbelievably annoying and…
This was unbelievably annoying and stupid and complicated. I cannot imagine how a person who does not use their phone for everything would navigate this parking lot.
How to make this a better experience? Get rid of parking.com, get rid of the automation. But even a regular ticket machine would be better than having to do this on the phone. Having to pay in advance was also bad because pretty difficult to anticipate how long I would be and then the annoying phone notifications.

Wish they have more payment signs with the QR code located each level. Access to the parking lot was difficult for first timer.
Payment with email receipt was fast, the basement phone reception was ok.
Ticket dispense was not available for this parking site, must be paid by mobile payment.
