I'm still waiting on someone to reply to my email request for refund. Yall sold me parking and when I pulled up to the parking lot. The lot was closed and there was people setting up for an event on therr.

The address on the confirmation was 301 O’Keefe yet the address on the entrance sign was 306 O’Keefe. When I tried to call they said I was #7 and wait time might be 1 hr

I was never able to find the parking lot. I put in the address and it took me to a parking lot owned by someone else. When I tried to call, multiple times, to get directions they did not answer.

It was hard to find a parking space with all of the recent K-9 Police Officers taking up way too many parking spaces- exacerbated by their oversized police SUV’s in undersized parking spaces. Also no explanation on the construction work you have going on. Are you putting up entrance/exit arms?

This was my first time in New Orleans and I payed for parking online. When I parked I ended up having a boot placed on my vehicle as there are two parking lots side by side with no real way to tell which was the correct one. I put the address in Google maps and it told me I was at the lot and to turn left now, so I did. I payed $33 for parking (that's ridiculous!) and then had to pay $115 to get the boot off.
The confirmation I received has the address of 301 O'Keefe Avenue, but I see here the address is 306 O'Keefe Avenue. That is the real issue!

I was charged 51 dollars and I only parked 6 hours. I have not gotten any response back from your company about reimbursement. 6 hrs is only 15 dollars. The date was 06/24/24 was charged to my discover card.

Location was right outside my airbnb

I am 75yrs and avoid high rise due to alien parking procedures now in place. I was with some difficulty able to text as I had no way to scan on my phone. The procedure went smoothly and your text updates confirmed. I appreciated the time out warning. This is why I gave 5 stars.

I'm scanning the QR code was easy and it was nice to get parking updates if your meter was about to expire

I reserved parking at 1001 Gravier Street New Orleans. I was able to view the reservation on the app and I received emails about it. The process from reserving and paying to actually parking in the lot was seamless. No problems at all.

Easy, affordable and convenient parking.

Well we got our ticket we were running late so I got an extra time,however we were on Bourbon St. We we got back to our car the machine would not take our ticket or my credit card. The lady sent me a link and I paid plus they charged me for the tickets I had gotten there. The total came to 35.00. So no I'm not happy!!!

Always easy to park and pay

Parked at 301 O’Keefe for 2 days. Was able to drive in and out as needed without having to tip anyone because it was not gated and there was no security person. Lot less expensive than parking at the hotel (valet only).
It seems quite safe. One night we had left a window rolled down completely but all the stuff in the car was intact.
I was a bit confused because the address on the web is 301 O’Keefe but the sign at the parking lot says 306 O’Keefe.
Just beware - they enforce parking, we saw 3 vehicles with wheel locks in 2 days.
