I'm still waiting to receive my IVA Completion Certificate. The IVA was settled 8 months ago and each time I ask for it, I am told that the matter was very complex. There were 5 debts. My credit file is still showing as I have an outstanding IVA.

I would like to give a special mention to Chris Bollard, what a delight he’s been with helping me through the whole process. He even answers my questions years in to my agreement. He’s always friendly and puts my mind at rest through difficult times. Such an understanding man 10/10 customer service

Being pushed into filling claim forms of car insurance despite never having a car, car finance or indeed a driving license. Being told to ignore future emails just for them to change their mind again few weeks later.

Every time you speak to someone you'll get a different response. They can't make their mind up.

Great experience throughout the 5 years making payments. Never any issues.
Looking forward to seeing improvements for myself financially now.
Speaking to Chris as my last payment was made, he was extremely helpful in assisting me and making sure everything went smoothly.

I entered into an arrangement with PP over a year ago, I have received no communication about my plan, no statements to show payments going to creditors and have now found that one of my creditors has been chasing PP for over a year to get funds, but have been ignored. Currently only 20% of the money paid has been to my creditors and the rest is sloshing around in their account somewhere! Something is wrong here please avoid

Firstly I would like to see if they respond to me after writing this review. They never answer your Emails, after first initial contact was great after that nothing.
Leave you hanging like a lost puppy. Very unprofessional, they say they will call you back and sort matters out.
Joke again never do, what must I do to get their attention.
Last resort find another company!!!!

I was apprehensive making the decision to enter into an IVA as this feels like a big and very serious step, the agents at Parker philips were supportive and kept me informed every step of the way making the whole process feel less nervous wracking , I feel so much better now and feel confident when I contact parker philips they will be helpful and clear.

Parker Philips (and I don't say this lightly) have literally saved my life with the service, the decency and integrity I've been given. Seriously; it's funny how your life can unfairly turn out: never thought I would ever receive such a brilliant lifeline from such a fantastic company and all the folks (especially Cheryl) .... Just want to say a massive thank you to all the team that helped me throughout this process. When credit was taken out my circumstances were alot different to what they are now unfortunately which left me with almost nothing after trying to stay on top of them all. The cost of living and interest rates increasing made it seem impossible to become debt free!! The team went through everything with me, I expressed my concerns and questions which were all taken into consideration and a solution was found by choosing an IVA. I feel like a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I can breathe again.
