Runs a bit generous through the middle so I sized down and now it's perfect. The return was free and took me all of five minutes, nobody argued with me about it.

Fully lined, thank goodness. So many dresses in this style you need a slip underneath and I'm well past all that. The fabric has some weight to it too so it hangs instead of sticking to everything.
