Hello Pablo,
We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our service. Unfortunately, we were unable to fulfil your order on this occasion due to an issue with the stock levels on this product.
We refunded you straight away once we let you know, we do our absolute best to stop situations like this happening, but please do know that this is a very rare occurrence and we are truly sorry for this experience.
Kind regards,
Parasol Store Team.
Very disappointed
I read the review before ordering. Most people said this company is quick delivery, well presented packing etc. I was so looking forward to my order but very disappointed when I received. The plastic bag of my product is cross cut opened and missing the little crystal dehumidifier pack (I bought this bag before in different colour, I know there is always one or even two sometimes). The bag itself to be honest doesn't look like brand new and unused, maybe return by another customer? The label in the main compartment has several fold mark and the outer mini compartment also has some white mark. I know fjallraven kanken bag attracts dust and stain but shouldn't happen on a brand new bag. But I got it in discount price, maybe that's why.
