Parallel was created to ensure all students, including those who think and learn a bit differently, are given the opportunity to thrive. Our customized services, administered by certified clinicians, are centered around a student’s challenges, strengths, and abilities.

They are canceling the direct to client support service and will not acknowledge and return any unused sessions. Such a scam! They should be refunding any unused portion because the company is no longer offering such service. Very shady business!

Thank you so much for leaving a review, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion caused. After August 1, 2023, we will no longer offer Direct-to-Family Support Services as we focus on our school partnerships.
If you’re a Direct-to-Family Client and have canceled services before that date, we will refund any unused sessions from your current billing period. Please email care@parallellearning.com if you feel we missed anything, so we can help resolve this as soon as possible.

Loved parallel skiing! I think it’s one of the best ski courses around Munich for English speakers. I would for sure recommend it further!

My teen's tutor has completely turned math around for him. He went from feeling like a total failure to being a confident student with much better grades. His tutor is relatable, relaxed, and can explain concepts to him in ways that make sense and give my teen a deeper fundamental understanding. The customer service is responsive and helpful.

I never had sessions with them but they…
I never had sessions with them but they did a great job dealing with me through emails and the phone. The only thing I would SAY IS BEFORE THEY SCHEDULE PEOPLE THEY SHOULD REALLY GO THROUGH THE PROPER DOCUMENTATION OF THE PERSON AND SAY YES OR NO BEFORE BOOKING SESSIONS WITH SOMEONE. The corresponse with them was super professional and they went above and beyond with trying to help. But their fit was not right for me. I never met with them because my email was always lockout and for a month I was in real bad shape!

Great overall value !
It was solid psych ed. evaluations work for both of my daughters. The staff was professional. The expectations were clear. The evaluation, follow up and thorough explanation was valuable. We have done this before several years back and doing it this time via Zoom is more efficient and still effective. The cost savings is appreciated as we have big college bills ahead of us. Thank you for the great work!
