Pretty disappointed, ordered a product they showed in stock - Mares 62Atlas, and expedited shipping. Kevin emailed me explaining the product had to be ordered, 2 weeks out, I told him I'd rather not cancel the order, I asked for some options / expedited shipping or drop ship - he cancels the order. Poor customer service, no options, product not in stock. Not awesome.

This company is ridiculous. The website says that they have products; you place orders and receive an email stating that the orders are going to be shipped, and then the next day or two they email you to say one or more of the items are not available. This happened to me multiple times and has really messed up the timing of trying to get items. I tried to call the phone numbers on the website, and two of them will not even let you leave a message and no one ever answers the phone. I would never buy anything from this company.

Paragon has some of the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time. I accidentally placed an order after hours and immediately tried to cancel—left a voicemail, sent a chat, and emailed—but was still hit with a cancellation fee.
There’s no clear mention of this policy on their website, and even while the charge was still pending, they refused to work with me. The owner’s response: “We can’t afford to lose money just because you changed your mind. As a diver, this is something we would expect you to understand.”
Apparently that understanding only goes one way.

Ordered backplate and wing. The items shipped out, but sat in a warehouse in Memphis TN for a week. I reached out to cancel the order, but was told it couldn’t be cancelled until no movement for seven days. Reached out to the USPS several times. They couldn’t locate the parcel. I contacted Paragon again to inform them that the package is in limbo, and I’d like to cancel the order. I was told they would have an answer for me and never reached back out. I haven’t been given any info from the dive shop or postal service! Never use either one! Save yourself the trouble and order your gear from Amazon or eBay where you can actually have your item guaranteed under their coverage. There’s a good reason dive shops are failing all over. There’s no accountability or customer service anymore.

Order a Hollis st 35 wing listed on there website. Well received a email saying they are out of stock. So I chose a Dive Rite voyager wing same price well 3 days go by no shipment info so email again. I get it will be shipped out the end of this week. End of the week and yep still has not shipped. So I cancel it then they want to charge me a restocking fee. How it's not in stock. Why is honesty and integrity in business so hard to do anymore. Well needless to say I will pay double for something before I shop a Paragon Dive Group ever again. So SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK

My O₂ sensor arrived already past its “sell-by” date, with less than 12 months remaining before expiry. It is obvious to me that the shop is trying to clear old stock. The item is advertised for CCR use on their website, so it’s reasonable to expect at least 12 months before expiry — but that wasn’t the case.
This raises safety concerns and is simply not acceptable. Ben offered to exchange the items if I returned them, but after selling overdue products, asking the customer to cover shipping costs is unfair. I requested a resolution, but unfortunately, there was no satisfactory outcome.
On the positive side, they are very quick to dispatch orders.

I placed an order for XDEEP - Stealth 2.0 Tec Sidemount Wing Only × 1 with Paragon Dive shop on 29 of may 2025. Today is July 7th 2025. No one ever contacted me from Paragon Dive about my order except for automatic confirmation mail after the payment. I think my money is lost.
Update: few days after posting my not so positive review, Paragon shipped me my order. I received it on July 23. I didn't check it yet.

Review about ebay shopping from this seller:
Took them nearly 3 weeks to even send the stuff, then they send it via somekind of "ebay shipping warehouse", never head about that because not a single other seller used one. Well this ebay warehouse for some reason can't deliver knife to EU so they cancelled my order. Seller asked me to buy from their online-store so they can use DHL?!?! Why not for ebay orders? I get TUSA X-Pert Titanium knife cheaper from other EU store in less than a week, so anyone from EU, stay far away from this seller atleast if you want your faster than in weeks - month.
