Just received these headphones and they are absolutely brilliant. The sound is clear with a rich bass. They are lightweight and very comfortable. I cannot understand the negative reviews unless they are false, as these headphones tick all the boxes.

Based on experience do not buy from this company. The product is not worth the money spent.

What a pillock I am. I tried a set of Bose headphones at my friends house and thought aye aye these are tickety boo so I came home to order them but sadly got waylaid by this amazing site called Paraear and how their headphones were receiving fantastic reviews so your man throws caution to the wind and jumps headfirst into the hole , Paid up , and after informing my friend about the great deal that I had found he sent me back Trustpilots reviews on the product . Aaaaaaah , tried to cancel but that’s impossible ,so when they arrived 14days later on the slow boat from china I was apprehensive and sadly quite rightly so . One reviewer said that they were the equivalent of two tin boxes on a piece of string and sadly that’s an apt description. My advice , avoid like the plague .

I'm sorry that your purchasing experience was so bad. What are the quality issues. Why do you want to return it? Please send a video and show it to me and I will solve it to you.

There is nothing wrong with our products. You need to return the goods and pay for the shipping, VAT and customs duties. It will cost a lot of money and time to return them to China. In this case we will refund you 10% of this order and don't return the package.
My third reply:
Please retund in full and I will sent them back at my cost so you can learn from the failure so others don't have the same experience.
And no reply for 2 weeks. DO NOT BUT PARAEAR-UK!! They are not UK. They are a scam.

I'm reasonably happy and somewhat surprised by the negative comments, I didn't read reviews and tbh bought blind over ear headphones and I have to say they seem to me very good ? Maybe I need to wear a pair of Beats or Bose to compare but those headsets are £300+ gr8 value I'm not sure but I like em and at £98 I'm thinking pretty solid !

They are a scam, dont buy!!

I should have read Trustpilot before I ordered. I tried to cancel my purchase almost immediately with no joy. Somehow Paraear came up on a search and was rated in the top 10 of ear pods and I fell for it. Supposed to be a gift for my husband. Zero delivery to date and if I click on tracking it says it was attempted but my address is wrong? Weird, it’s the same address used every day by all couriers with no hassle. I guess we will never see them or get our money back 🥲 Learned an expensive lesson.

A fake review of this company and the ear buds i wanted. Read a fantastic review then after paying for them looked at the real reviews and found out it's a scam company. Absolutely gutted and upset. I have to say well played. Must of made a small fortune with this scam. Avoid people please and read reviews from reputable sauces.

Same experience as many others, got caught by the fake reviews website, emailed them to cancel the order right after order placed (as the order notification email wasn’t look right), but no response until the item arrived after 10 days. Requested refund, keep repeating the item has no issues, I need to bear all the shipping cost etc, offered 10% refund then 15%, I told them I have friends in Hong Kong or China, can post it back from there or even take it back to their office, then they even said it must be posted by myself with tracking number, they just try to stop you refunding. Will raise a dispute!

Do NOT buy these headphones. They are very cheaply made. The quality is very poor and when I asked to return them the email I received was extremely rude.
They were very expensive for such poor quality from China.

These are similar to the £5 earbuds you get from Temu. A waste of plastic, but that’s
not best bit. When you try to return them, after paying £98, they tell you you’ve to pay £109 in postage, package ind import taxes. Then the inspect your package and decide if they’ll return you. £98. Wish I thought of this scam lol

Absolutely rubbish, doesn't work. £100 thrown in the bin. Company was not prepared to give a refund.it was a present for my husband, very disappointed

This company lures you in with fake reviews. They are NOT a UK company but a Cheap Chinese rip off firm based in China with no links to the UK. They will not accept returns. They are £12 headphones passed off as quality items. Cheap plastic junk. They refuse to cancel order even after immediate request to cancel purchase stating they're already dispatched. They then spell out the cost to the buyer for sending back to China with taxes etc etc and offer a 15% discount!! Rip off

My fault I got caught in fake reviews, I should have known better, but I got too bored travelling to and from work without listening to music - so I thought, "Why the hell not?"

I processed the purchase then saw the real reviews. I immediately emailed to cancel it, but they conveniently did not start replying until after the shipping process has started. I keep telling them to cancel it but they said they can't. When it arrived here, the package wasn't even properly packed, and the cover slashed open. The box containing it wasn't damaged though, but as I've mentioned to them in my last 100 emails that I've no desire to use them.

But they keep insisting that it's good and they'll refund me 15%. When I told them I wanted to return and refund it, they said that I should be the one handling the shipping fee, etc and all the way to China. So it's not even stocked here in the UK. I got my credit card to dispute it and thankfully, credited the whole price. Now they're bombarding me with emails to stop the dispute and they'll give me back 50%. Such a hassle.

It was never delivered. The tracking only said the delivery was being prepared. After a month I contacted them and was told I had refused delivery which is absolutely untrue. They have no proof of having attempted delivery. They said that it is their policy to deduct 15% for that. Never mind that their T&Cs say you get a full refund within 90 days if you return it. I have been battling with them to get my full refund and have failed. There is no phone number so you can't speak to anyone. The message you receive is autogenerated and no matter what you write to them, the message comes back the same. So I am now fatigued and have asked for a refund and to deduct 15%. I am paying them money for something that they never even tried to deliver! I will update this review if, or when I receive the refund. Very disappointed. I bought based on a review article I read. I now realise it was probably just a fake review.

Same here! I got caught by this scam. Headphones don’t do noise reduction and are cheap and poorly made. Asked to return them and told I needed to ship them to China and pay all the fees and taxes. Then they “might” give me a refund. Going to see if my bank has any leverage but not holding out much hope. Don’t get caught, these are unscrupulous Chinese criminals.

Arrived with only one earbud working, and they refused to refund me

I ordered a pair of headphones from Paraear, which turned out to be of inferior quality and not as described. The build felt cheap, and the packaging resembled a knock-off rather than a professional product.

When I asked to return the item, the company insisted I pay return postage and accept a 15% restocking fee—despite UK consumer law clearly stating that customers are entitled to a full refund, including return postage, if a product is misrepresented or not of satisfactory quality.

Communication was evasive and dismissive, and only after I threatened a chargeback and mentioned Trading Standards did they begin to take the issue seriously. I will still be reporting them.

Save yourself the hassle—go to Temu and get the exact same headphones for £10. I strongly recommend avoiding them altogether.

Fake review website taking you to Parear to sell you a cheap pair of £15 headphones. Sound quality like acceptable for a £15 pair but not when they charge you £110 and when you contact your bank the bombard you with emails offering you 15% to 50% if you drop the case . Payable after you drop the case which I'm sure they would have done so . In short this is an honest review and for the same money I wish I'd have bought some Sennheiser's . Which I now own
