Previously bought shoes from Paradox London, however on this occasion I returned my order since the shoes didn’t suit my outfit.

The white block heeled shoes were smart and attractive but unfortunately the size 7 were not true to size . Too narrow for myself and too short for my daughter who has slim feet .

I called Paradox of London and did speak to a lovely lady called Sophia I explained the shoes I wanted . Very quickly she came back to me with some links with shoes she thought would be right for me . I straight away placed an order and they were sent to me within 2 days . They are lovely the quality of the shoes were very good and very comfortable . I will definitely use this Company again . It is so nice to deal with a Company that care and try their very best to help really recommend them

Excellent wide fitting shoes!
Beautifully wrapped, arrived smoothly, very straightforward returns process, quality of shoe is high. I have never been able to find a wide fitting shoe that gives me so much comfort. Paradox will now be my go to and first choice of shoe. My only recommendation would be to have more variety with higher platform heels available.

Delivery was uncomplicated and prompt. The evening bag is beautiful! I plan to use it on an upcoming sailing cruise to pair with a gold silk outfit.

The shoes are just as described, and they fit very well. The shipping was fast, and the overall experience was easy to navigate.

I ordered the Nalani Wide Fit sandals as I have wider ankles and after ordering about 7 pairs of other brands, these ones actually have an ankle strap that fits me (and with holes to spare!). Hallelujah! Gorgeous gold shimmer colour too and perfect heel height.
