They’re both nice, but I wish the clip could accommodate pens with a wider girth.

I liked it because it didn't feel super flimsy like other metal book marks I've gotten.

I cannot tell you what this product was like as I didn't receive it with the journal, I've been in touch with Papier asking for it to be sent however for some reason was asked to send a photo of the journal I did receive. It seems like it would be easier for everyone if I could be sent the item I've paid for but never received.
the bookmark edges are sharp and rip a little into the pages if you're not careful. the pen clip works well with hardcover books but not so much with paperbacks. perhaps it's intended for the planner, but i don't really need it for that purpose.
