Decided to go ahead and order my wedding thank you cards after first ordering 4 samples, which I was pleased with. The samples were rich in colour; the 50 cards were not, and looked like a photo filter had been applied, the difference is that obvious. I reached out to ask why the full order was so different, and was told that there are 'unavoidable differences between print runs' so it can't be guaranteed that any two orders can look the same. The cards are overall OK if you don't compare them to the samples, and I was offered a partial refund in apology. But I think this isn't an acceptable level of variation and I'm debating whether I would order from them again as a result.
