Gorgeous wide leg trousers that are…
Gorgeous wide leg trousers that are comfortable but look smart with a suit jacket. The tops, being double lined are far more flattering to what I am used to.
Since shopping with Not Basics have started to check labels on everything and have been staggered to discover how prevalent awful materials are. I love that Not Basics are trying to be the anti-dote to that.

A disappointing decline in quality
I have been shopping with Not Basics for years back since they were Pantee, and I have always really appreciated the customer service and support. They are always very quick to replace things when there are faults. However, since they have expanded and moved their manufacturing I have noticed a real decline in the quality of stitching. I've had to have a couple of items of underwear replaced, and everything I've bought in the last year has had sections of poor stitching and loose threads which lead to holes opening up in the seams.
It's a real shame because I love the products overall, but I've decided to start looking elsewhere for underwear purely due to poor stitching.
I also experienced not insignificant shrinkage on the tracksuit bottoms - although these are back from before the rebrand - and as I am a leggy woman I couldn't really wear them outside the house after washing them.
The wrap-around leggings are genius and very comfortable though, I wear them every day under my trousers at work.

I cannot tell you how highly I rate these products. I have very fussy skin and these are just perfect. No itching at all. Soft, comfortable and extremely well fitted. I have recommended them to everyone.

Help, I think I'm addicted!
Full disclosure - honest review, Not Basics offered £15 credit on my next purchase over £50 for reviewing as I am a repeat customer - I've bought from them around five times now.
I came to NotBasics via an internet advert. I am a woman of a certain age, I don't wear a bra, but I wear bodysuits instead to provide support, layers and a bit of discreet coverage during my working day in an NHS hospital.
Quality: lovely quality bodysuits, great range of colours and styles and sleeve lengths.
Fit: I'm a UK size 12, on the big side of that, and the NotBasics size L fits me perfectly.
Comfort: soooooooo comfortable. The only real downside of NotBasics is that having bought one or two bodysuits I now need to wear one every day, so i had to buy a bunch more!!
Customer Service: delivery is prompt, packaging lovely and sustainable. I've never needed to return anything but they seem great in every way and a very personal service.

Gorgeous clothes and great service
So pleased with my sets from not basics! They’re super flattering and I’ve had so many compliments on the colours. It’s so great to find a brand with such high quality natural fabrics. Customer service is also brilliant - they’ve been super responsive and helpful!

Hot Fudge Leggings
Ordered some leggings . I was a little sceptical as I have bought items before that promised much but ended being uncomfortable and fade .Not Basic very impressed . Easy to wear look great. They haven’t sagged at the knees or the bum . Mine are colour hot fudge.

I love these sets - just buy some!
I love these sets! I now have a lounge set and leggings/tops in various colours and they are all great quality and are holding up so well.
Love the colours and the body suits.
Had one item sent in the wrong size, contacted via email and it was sorted that day with a replacement send out immediately before I had even sent return.
Excellent service, quality product and looks and feels great - whats not too love!

I don't tend to buy many clothes…
I don't tend to buy many clothes anymore and do some research before hand on the brand. Not basics did not disappoint. I bought some t-shirts, including a white one that you can't see through, and a paid of trousers. All are true to size, super comfortable, and look really nice on. I would highly recommend. There customer service is also bang on!

I’ve still not received my order!
I received the request for feedback before I have received my order placed over a week ago. Not impressed with delivery time and no communication to say they are experiencing any issues. Have ordered from them before and goods are of good quality.

So good I bought a second one
Firstly, my t shirt arrived promptly but , more importantly, I was delighted with it ( so ordered a second one. For me the most important thing was that the t shirt really is not see through and the fit was exactly what I was looking for . More expensive than many high street t shirts - yes. Worth the difference ? - definitely .

Not Basics will now be my go to
Not Basics will now be my go to when looking for new items of clothing. They are the first white tops I’ve managed to get that aren’t see through! The material is thick and feels like really good quality. I’ve already bought more in different colours! Customer service were excellent when I reached out with an issue, replacement was sent very quickly.

excellent clothes and excellent service!
I ordered two bodysuits and they were delivered extremely quickly. The fit was as described and the feel of the fabric was so soft, perfect for my sensitive skin. Unfortunately there was a pull on one of the bodysuits but I contacted customer services and within 48 hours a replacement was delivered. Excellent service and excellent clothes. Would highly recommend.

I recommend Not Basics
I recommend Not Basics. My order was shipped and delivered really quickly and when I needed to do a return, it was sorted out quickly and easily. The quality of the leggings is really high, they are thick and not seen through. Really soft and comfortable. I would however suggest sizing up, I ended up sticking with large leggings and would usually be medium elsewhere.

Great basics. I have always struggled with sweating (I had to change multiple times a day) but those t-shirts?! I don't know how they work but I can just go on with my day without worrying anymore.

Good quality, fast delivery
Quite fast delivery, and prompt response when a change needed to be made (due to an item being unavailable). I like the quality of the t-shirts that I purchased. They make excellent basics for summer or winter. They are double layered and so will be good for winter under jumpers or other layers. I am a size 10-12 and ordered a medium (accidentally a small in one item - still fit but was snug!). It is a tight fit, but I wouldn't want to size up or it wouldn't be right either.

Best quality basics
I have several pieces from Not Basics. My all time favourite t-shirt brand. The relaxed fit t-shirt is such a perfect fit and so soft and comfortable! The customer service is also flawless. Highly recommend and only complaint is that I wish there were more colours in the t-shirts! lol!
