I've placed a number of orders over the last 2 years. Mainly underwear and body suits. I can't rate the products highly enough. The quality is superb The products have lasted and not faded or stretched or frayed. I love the double fabric on the torso of the body sui for discretion.
The fit had been good. I'm a size 14 and the size L has been fine. Apart from the a t-shirt - I gave it to my daughter who's a size 10 and she totally rocked it so I'd say order bigger in the t-shirts.
Comfort is where this brand really shines. The body suits are the best I've ever had. I'm not going anywhere else for these. Ever. No chaffing, no discomfort from fastenings. The bralettes, t-shirt bras and knickers are my absolute go-to.
I've found the customer service great. Never had an issue. I read the one star reviews and can't say I've experienced any of those issues.
I'm very content - wearing their products makes me happy from the inside out.

I LOVE this brand! I bought the essentials so 2 sweatshirts, a tank top, a long sleeve top, a mid sleeve top, joggers and leggings so that I have something of everything in organic cotton. I work from home so mostly wear chilled clothes all day and hated the fact I was constantly wearing synthetic bad quality stuff. I’m so happy with all of the items, it all feels so soft, fits perfectly and washes well. I love it all.

The best quality. Price and service.

Love the quality of the organic cotton. Super comfortable. Waistband on the leggings is quite tight/firm. Usually a 10/12 and took a medium. Great fit and long length. So far have only washed one pair and no problems. Washed well and stains came out.

The best quality t-shirts I've bought. It's so hard to find organic cotton products that actually look good as well, but what I have purchased from this shop is everything I was looking for and I know I'll be returning for all my basics.

I was super excited to try this brand so I ordered a T shirt and it arrived with faded white stains all over it! Looks like it hasn't been dyed properly. I reached out to the customer service team who offered to send me a replacement, a week later the order hadn't arrived so I emailed again- finally the replacement T shirt arrived with YET AGAIN more white stains all over the shirt!
Their price point is not cheap at all and they market themselves on quality however to charge £30 for a T shirt that arrives twice in an awful condition is just awful. I was really excited to be a supporter of this brand but I will not be shopping here again. I would recommend that you spend your money elsewhere if this is the "quality" your paying for.

An amazing brand! It’s very difficult to find clothes that are sustainable, natural fibre but also cute (especially active wear). This is one of them gems :)

I had been wanting to buy from NotBasics for a while after seeing them advertised on instagram. I finally bought some trousers and tee-shirts and instantly fell in love with them. Unfortunately the stitching broke on the trousers quite quickly, but I emailed a photo to their costumer service and they immediately sent out a new pair. I then have subsequently bought their underwear as well and just love them. I also love the traceability in terms of the making of the clothes as ethical fashion is really important to me. Can’t recommend the brand enough, they have a lot of sales and offers so definitely worth keeping your eyes peeled and giving them a try :)

I've been looking for a good qauilty clothing brand for a while when I came across not basics. The quality is perfect and so comfortable. The fit is true to size and I will definitely be ordering again.

The company has excelled in customer service- real human contact and responsiveness - and the products while sadly not right for me- are beautiful and high quality

I was on the hunt for good quality, sustainable, cotton underwear and I'm so glad I found Not Basics! I have ordered twice now, the first order was two t-shirts and two bras, and the second was two vest tops and two pairs of leggings. I am in the process of sending the leggings back to exchange the size but it's been an easy process so far. The quality of the items I ordered is so good! The cotton is thick and soft and I've been really enjoying wearing them so far! The t-shirt has washed well so far, and I imagine this is the same for the other items too. I really like the range of items and I will definitely be ordering again. Really good value for money given the bundle deals and quality of the clothing - would recommend for anyone wanting 100% cotton underwear or other clothing!

I have eight " bodies" now and they are remarkably good quality which wash well.
I have white, navy and olive and I love them all. I do, however find them "tight" around my bust (both L and XL) because I am a 38G but that's my problem.
I would certainly recommend them.

I ordered two t-shirts from them. However, one of them after the first wear got a bunch of thread coming out inside the t-shirt. The other one got very fragile after the wash even though I followed all the instructions and already developed holes.
I’ve also reached out to them via their contact form but never got any reply. Now hoping they will reply by email.

Update: Received quick replacement on the T shirts few weeks later. Great support!☺️

The leggings are great, however I found the shorts and top to be unflattering. The shorts are too long (i’m over 5ft8 so not a short girlie) and they fall at a really unflattering length.

I really love these products! Super happy with my purchases. Both pairs of leggings are comfy and I’m particularly loving the olive pair! The olive top is gorgeous and so well fitting! Everything fitted true to size. Customer service has also been great, there was a delay in delivery which they let me know about. I’ll definitely be buying again.

Very happy with the quality and fit of the Not Basics products. I ordered Sweatpants and matching Jumper, as well as a couple of different tops (tight and loose fitting). The quality of all the items is exceptional, and they washed well.

Service was excellent. Exchanging the size on the jumper and shipping back to Australia at no extra cost.

The only item I returned was a body - I found the length wasn’t long enough for my body, even though I sized up.

Sweatshirt and trackies is one of the comfiest tracksuits I’ve ever worn. Amazing quality, soft on skin, and the light grey colour and fit is perfect.

My second purchase from Not Basics were a pair of high waist briefs and a crop bra in matching colour 'salty air'. I'm very happy with the fit (L size for both items) and the fabric is soft and smooth with just the right amount of stretchiness. It's so important to get undies to fit well and feel right. After all, they are the foundation of the whole outfit one wears - whether moving about in busy bee mode or lounging luxuriously in lizard mode...and what a relief not to need to make regular adjustments to under layers when walking, stretching or just relaxing. Thanks to all at Not Basics team!

The quality of the products and fabric is lovely, I had some issues with sizing but the customer service to exchange was exceptionally easy and accessible. Will be shopping more!

I’m so glad I found out about this company. The clothing is exactly what I’ve been needing, especially the tank tops. Comfy, form-fitting and flattering, they feel amazing to wear. Delivery was prompt. And I’m glad to have found a company that cares about sustainability. Definitely buying more items from here soon!
