P&P Glass Ltd Anmeldelser

Everyone I dealt with was most pleasant and efficient. The new doors and windows look great and I am very pleased with the result. I have since recommended P&P to one of my neighbours.

Very disappointing installation, the fitters were rude. And the wood surround for the doors took an extra week to arrive so fit not complete in one day. Doors/windows are excellent quality but sadly I won’t use them again

Very good overall very friendly staff , they cleaned up as well.
They had to return to put a strip of trim on the door, but that was my preference not anything they did. They had completed a lot of work previously for us and thats why we went back to them.

Very thoughtful, polite and professional workmen who carried out an excellent job.

Very pleased with my double-glazed round window in its painted wood frame. The surveyor and fitter were both pleasant to deal with. Worth the wait.

Our story is simple enough. We have a Victorian house and some of the windows were dead and had secondary glazing. We had quotes from 3 vendors all roughly coming in at 5k a window. We liked the approach and styles offered by P and P glass. The order was straight forward and the time lines accurate. The installation team were outstanding, their professionalism during the day second to none. A French family member also visited and said the work was excellent. They are so good in fact we are ordering another 3 windows. It’s not cheap but they deliver exactly what they say. We are very happy and happy to recommend the firm and personnel. I hope that’s helpful.

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.
Installation very professional and house left spotless.
Subsequent adjustments made by excellent and pleasant staff.

Very professional team of surveyors and installers. The windows are lovely too. Very happy

A couple of less positive points:
Communication could have been better and one of the window locks does not seem to work.

Good communication.
Skilled and considerate fitters.
Good quality product.

The windows and doors provided are superb and great quality. Our stain glass window is so beautiful.
The staff who took the order were friendly and helpful. Just one small area for improvement -there was a little damage to our decorations.

Showroom staff very nice . Surveyor ok but didn’t actually get the porch door measurement correct so fitters had to make mods to porch roof so that door could open ??
Windows lovely ,fitters very nice and clean
After service in office not so friendly and had to ask for paperwork and receipts of payment
I would recommend to other people but let them know the negative points

Extremely happy with the work carried out at our house, would recommend this company.

We live in a second floor apartment and a large double glazed window failed. A number of companies declined to quote due to difficulty of getting the glass to the frame. P&P took on the job and completed it with flying colours today. A cheerful team somehow got it up 4 flights of stairs and removed the damaged glass replacing with the new sealed unit. All done with courtesy and good humour. A sign of a fine company.

Lovely windows, good and timely communication and brilliant fitters

I think that I submitted a review for the first part of the contract a few months ago. We were very pleased with P & P glass from every aspect this time as before.

Friendly helpful staff, very professional fitting teams - clean tidy and efficient.

Pleased with the quality of the windows and how they look in a period property.

We visited P&P Glass when looking to replace our existing patio doors. The showroom was great and had a good range of doors on display. We met the Sales Manager and listed our requirements. Initially we opted for another set of sliding doors and received a quote a few days later. Having discussed these doors we returned and changed our minds to French doors. After receiving a quote for these we decided that they were the right choice for us. We paid a small deposit and a couple of days later a surveyor came to our property to measure up and discuss door furniture. He also took us through the installation process and gave us an estimated date for the installation. A few weeks later we were notified of the installation date and agreed it. This was sooner than expected which was great. The installation guys arrived as planned and installed the doors.
Everything throughout the process was perfect and the finished product surpassed our expectations. The installation guys were very professional, knowledgeable and extremely tidy.
I would certainly recommend P&P Glass and would have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

Excellent service. High quality doors and installation very efficient.

Very quick, polite team that did the installation. Frames look great and they did the extra touches to leave very little touch-up decoration for me

Great attention to detail. Efficient workers who go the extra mile.
