I purchased two panda drum minis for my fraternal twin granddaughters who are turning seven next weekend. They were at my house with the rest of the family on Sunday for Easter. We decided to not only have an egg hunt but to let the girls open a couple of their birthday presents a little early so that their Grampy could watch them do that. He is on hospice at home. Their Uncle helped them open the packages, and they saw their panda drums. One was red and the other was pink. Both girls started playing the drums with the little mallets, and they seemed to really like the sounds. Their uncle, my son, got the song book out and was helping them play one of the songs. The sounds were beautiful, and the girls really seemed to like the drums. They played them for a little while before they had to go home. I think I made a great purchase with these two drums, and I hope the girls will get a lot of enjoyment out of them at their house. I would recommend this company to anyone. The delivery was very fast, and the drums arrived in perfect condition. I think this company makes a quality product.

I purchased a drum as a gift for my wife. I ordered it but realized I was going to be away the days that it would be delivered. I asked the customer service to delay the delivery to a date when I will be home and they did so in a very helpful and responsive way. The drum came in great condition and at the arranged date when I was home.

I am not any kind of a musician! I have to tell you that it was magic when I picked up my first panda drum!! I couldn’t believe what I was doing… I couldn’t believe what it was hearing. I couldn’t believe how easy it was and fun, fun, fun!!! I have shared my panda drums with my friends! One friend is a mountain climber, and she took it to the top and played it!!! FANTASTIC!!! I love Panda Drums!

We are delighted with the set of Panda drums we ordered for our family. I ordered the set of three, gave one to my son and his family and one to my son-in law and his. I kept the small one for myself. The drums are a big hit in each family. Very soothing for young and old. The only problem was some confusion with shipping since oder was shipped in 2 pkgs, but customer service resolved that quickly.

I love the tones and my children put down their devices to play it too. I am so grateful for this drum because meditation is important in my life ...like I MUST MEDITATE!!!!!

We wanted a unique gift for our granddaughter's 6th birthday. Saw the ad for Panda Drum and got her the kid's drum - she loved it! Next, I was looking for something different and out of the ordinary for my husband's birthday (for the guy who has everything). We ordered him the top of the line Panda Drum and it was a big hit. There is nothing like the sound of a Panda Drum. When it arrived, the little decorative wooden balls were broken in the transit (although the drum was packed extremely well). I contacted the support team and they were very responsive and replaced the decorative balls in no time flat! I was extremely impressed with the Panda Drum customer support (Emma was our contact). We love this product and will be ordering again and again. The perfect gift! PS - they are frequently offering % off coupons so you most never pay retail! My highest recommendation.

I was eagerly awaiting my drum and the people at Panda Drum were extremely helpful in helping me track it through the system! It was so worth the wait, just playing random notes immediately brings down my stress level and that of anyone else at home at the time. Can't wait until I learn to play a song!!

Most of the sales representatives cared about communicating with me intelligently and attentively. Harvey was one of the reps who understood and followed thru with my requests.

Panda drum said that it was 4-8 day turnaround. Made in the USA. I chose them and paid more for the fake advertisement that caught my eye. I got one drum of the family package fairly quick. Then thy took 45 days to get me the other drums. Don’t plan for a date or you’ll be disappointed. They offered up a 10% back on my card which didn’t come yet, and honestly that’s just some bad service for timing. I highly recommend doing what I didn’t do. They ha Panda on Temu for a fraction of the price, same name, and when I asked why so long I noticed it was straight from China where I was trying to avoid per personal reasons, time being one of them. They are such a joke here. Drums great, but that was by far some shitty service filled with fabricated lies to boot. 45 days later they arrived, don’t wait for them by your front door.

Thank you Panda Drum for the wonderful drum! And THANK YOU for the amazing customers service. Originally I picked a color, and decided I really wanted to exchange the color and Panda Drum was with me every step of the way and made the process seamless. Now I carry my mini drum around with me everywhere, and my 5 year old and myself love to play it. I'll be excited to try it out in the rain! And we look forward to purchasing a big drum 🙂

I have my drum on the kitchen counter of which I passed by many many times during the day. And each time I stop to play a little tune. Helps me focus on my task. Wonderful purchase.

I ordered a PandaDrum on September 30,2025, for my grandchildren. I waited weeks and then emailed and was told it was back ordered. I asked for refund and never received it. This is a horrible company, no phone number for service, which is illegal for a public company. If you read the reviews , their are many others who have had the same issue. My bank is looking into them.

I'm just getting started with it but absolutely love the sounds! The size and weight is perfect for taking it with you anywhere you want to! Instructions are easy to follow!
