Selvom vi ikke verificerer specifikke påstande, fordi anmeldernes meninger er deres egne, kan vi godt betegne anmeldelser som "Verificerede", når vi kan bekræfte, at der har fundet en forretningsinteraktion sted. Læs mere

Hello Diana,
We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience.
We would, however, like to clarify that you previously contacted us questioning the authenticity of the item and suggesting that it may be counterfeit.
We can confirm that we are an authorised retailer of Veja products, and all Veja items purchased from us are genuine and supplied through authorised channels.
We take concerns regarding authenticity very seriously and are always happy to provide clarification where needed.
We’re sorry that this experience has left you dissatisfied, but we hope this clarifies the matter for anyone reading your review - PamPam
Not free returns
Bought an item online, paid for delivery, item was too big so proceeded to return to find I also have to pay for the return. £3.95 for delivery + £4.95 to return means I’m £8.90 lighter with nothing to show for it.
My intention was to exchange for a smaller size but out of principle and to avoid the chance of the smaller size also not fitting satisfactory, and having to pay for another return, I decided to go for a refund instead.
I appreciate there’s a huge problem with people buying large quantities and returning goods which is at the cost of retailers, but as a first time shopper here and buying a single item, it’s put me off retuning which is disappointing as I really liked what this retailer had on their site

Hello,
Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience.
We understand how frustrating return costs can feel. Unfortunately, as stated on our site, we do not cover the cost of returns, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless an item is faulty.
That said, we really appreciate you giving us a try as a first-time customer, and we’re sorry this experience has left a negative impression despite you liking our products.
If you do experience any issues in future, we always recommend reaching out to our customer service team first so we can help guide you through the best possible resolution.
Thank you again for your feedback. - PamPam
