BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The installer guy told me to f*** off and refused to put our gate back on which understandably has really upset me! They couldn’t get the hot tub into our garden even though I’d measured the available access beforehand of 900m and the tub was 840m- when I ordered I said it might be tight but was never once asked for photos or videos for them to check if it would fit. In my opinion they did not do any due diligence before delivery. They refused to give back our £400 deposit so I kept the cover lift which I believed I was entitled to if they wouldn’t refund my deposit but they threatened me on 3 occasions of theft and calling the police if I didn’t hand it back!!! The very unpleasant boss guy Jamie was going to dock the wages of the installers if I didn’t give the box back so they sat outside my house- very intimidating. I did give the box back and as soon as they had it they told me to f*** off and drove off! I would strongly advise anybody thinking of using this company to think very carefully before doing so BEWARE they’re happy to take your money but when things go wrong they are not very pleasant people at all! I hope this review will help stop them treating others the way they have treated us. I’m very upset and shaken up by the whole experience.

This next part of my review is in response to Palm Spas reply after my initial review:

I am astounded at these comments! I absolutely refute that any verbal and physical abuse towards your delivery team was used by us! How any credible company could write such unsubstantiated comments such as these on a public domain is beyond me- there were workmen here who witnessed the whole encounter who would confirm that this absolutely did not happen.
In response to the measurements you quote, again you are incorrect. We have had another hot tub supplier come and inspect the available access in person to deliver the same same size tub and they confirmed that they could get the tub into our garden and are delivering it to us next week-they could not understand where you got 84cms from!
Also your delivery team turned up without the correct equipment to move the hot tub- your web site clearly stated (I notice that the pictures of this have now been removed from your site, presumably after you read my response!!) that a ‘spa dolly’ would be used- your guys turned up with a piece of rubber with 2 straps which was the reason they could not get the tub into the garden as they could not guide it properly. The other hot tub company said that the proper trolley should be used with a tight access such as ours.
You simply would not accept that you and your delivery team were responsible for the non delivery of the hot tub. You have written totally untrue comments accusing us of verbal and physical abuse which you cannot substantiate but which we can prove absolutely did not happen and you did not use the equipment you clearly state on your website......anybody thinking of using this company, you make your own mind up. This whole experience has been horrible and we are still £400 out of pocket.

We had our hot tub delivered last week. From placing our order to delivery and set up was only 1 week.
Aaron and Rhys did a great job. The weather was very windy and freezing cold but they just got on with the job.
Aaron explained how to use the tub and how to look after it.
We are enjoying the tub even though the freezing weather last week.

A bit late putting this review on but thats due to us enjoying our hot tub. Our experience with palm spas was first class from start to finish. We would like to thank everybody involved in supplying and setting up our fantastic Onyx the great lads that fitted it (so sorry forgot your names) worked incredibly hard even at night to make sure everything was perfect and we look forward to spending many hours in it once again many thanks Palm spas would highly recommend. Ordered the Cosmo+ 32amp tub. Delivery was delayed but not unreasonably so given the recent port & container issues affecting other suppliers.
Now its installed and in use I can recommend Palm Spas and the Cosmo+. Competitive pricing, great product, and helpful delivery service from a local company.

Took delivery of our new hot tub last Wednesday. A very professional & friendly service. The guys demonstrated all aspects of our tub including our chemical kit.

Cosmo+ hot tub delivered today. Very professional and smooth install by your guys Aaron and Reece even tho we had a small drama with our electric supply and couldn’t watch while it was craned over the roof they were reassuringly calm and collected. Very tidy and thorough which is an added bonus and knowledgeable on the demo. Will def be signing up to a service plan if you do one (Aaron could make a good salesman!!!) Already passed ur details to a neighbour who’s interested in one lol. So glad I chose Palm Spas out of all the suppliers out there. Thanks guys, it’s been a pleasure dealing with you all.

A friend recommended palm spas, we enquired on the Thursday evening about the grandee 7 seater. On the Saturday morning the tub was up and running at 10.30am! Brilliant service from start to finish, great lads! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hot tub, great prices too!

Found palm spas on the internet , as always your sceptical, read all the reviews I could find and then placed an order .
I can honestly say that as I only opted for a budget hot tub was not expecting such an amazing service. From start to finish I was advised by them as to which one to have and and why and can see now that my original choice was wrong and the one that was suggested was right ( same cost )
Delivery date given and turned up on time.

An excellent company!
Great advice received prior to purchasing a hot tub. Quick and easy delivery. They advised on how to set up and start using the hot tub.
Since purchasing I can ring at any time and they are more than happy to help with issues such as the correct filter purchase and have helped with advice about water treatment.

Had our hot tub delivered Tuesday by Arron & Reece. (Reece’s Birthday) They had to think outside the box, They did an amazing job installing the tub for me and taking my mind off of my dogs surgery . The tub I choose was The colada 5 person excellent price and it looks amazing I can’t wait to get in it . I highly recommend Palm spas . Thank you all so much 😁😁👍👍

Hot tub delivered this morning. Billy and Grant were friendly and professional managing the delivery through limited space, siting and installing the hot tub speedily and efficiently. Instructions were clear, concise and made me feel totally confident about maintaining the tub. Jamie in sales has also been approachable and professional whilst answering numerous questions. Great job guys from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Palm Spas.

Had my hot tub delivered today by Billy and Grant, what can I say...they were absolutely brilliant, the access wasn’t great but they really did a fantastic job, a real credit to Palm Spas, I would definitely recommend this company. Couldn’t fault the service from Jamie either, ordered my tub and was told approx 2 weeks and 8 days later it’s delivered and bubbling away. Great service guys, thanks so much 😃😃😃

We can’t recommend this company enough, helpful with advice pre delivery, a great installation team that set us up on the day and Palm Spas have also answered any questions we had after installation immediately. We have the Maya 5+ and love it, I had doubts about this being a novelty but the family don’t miss a day without using it.
