Can't fault psalm spas at all....very good service from start to finish...installed quickly everything explained from how to work the controls and how to use the chemicals. Would highly recommend this company and very easy to get in touch with them if need any aftercare help and quick response

Flawless service from start to finish , the team went above and beyond to clean our hot tub after we had moved into a new house. They replaced broken parts , were quick and helpful, would highly recommend

We had a winter shutdown service recently by Palmspas. As we had a fantastic costumer experience when we bought our hot tub, it wasn't a question what company was gonna be best to carry out. After a phone conversation we booked it in. The guy called (Kyle or Carl I am not sure) came to complete it. He was friendly and polite and he also did an amazing job. He checked, cleaned everything inside and out to make sure our jacuzzi is gonna be prepared for winter. He also explained it what to do when we are ready to use next time . Many thanks for this. Highly recommended!

Massive thanks to all the guys at Palm Spas. Just had our hot tub delivered and fitted by Kyle and Arron - very efficient, lovely lads who clearly love what they do. Took our old hot tub away which was quite big but we managed it! Can't wait to use or tub later.

We bought a Cosmo+ tub from Palm Spa and the experience from our initial chat with Jamie to the delivery and installation by Aaron and Grant has been second to none. Jamie listened to what kind of tub we wanted, he FaceTimed us so that we could look at the tubs in the showroom and advised accordingly. Our hot tub was delivered this morning at 8:30 by Aaron and Grant who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the use and up keep of our tub. They installed the hot tub and gave us a thorough run through on how to use it. Thanks Aaron and Grant and Palm Spas we can’t wait to use our tub.

Our hot tub was supplied by Palm Spas.
On Thursday they fixed our lead that had become faulty.
Today Aaron came and serviced our tub and now its back to normal.

Customer service needs to improve. Sadly you can tell they are rushed and it shows in quality of work. Complained about long days on the road.
