I have been renting for over 14 years and this is the worst building management company I have dealt with.

If Malika was still working for the company I would have rated 5 stars. Since she left, it went rapidly downhill.

Paladin take weeks to respond to any communications (with prompting). It takes ages to get any maintenance done on the flats/communal areas. The only time they bother you is when they want you to help them with their job.

I honestly would avoid renting a property that is managed by them.

Awful management company, period- 0 communication.
I don't know where these 4 and 5 star reviews come from, Malika is the same as everyone else at the company, you will get ignored.
Multiple times I have emailed, called and text this company to be ignored and disregarded. Weeks later i am still trying to speak to someone about an important issue. They often ignore your whatsapp messages even though you can see they are online.

They definitely hire the cheapest "handyman" around. My place screamed off "the landlord special" when it came to the paint job. My sink was detached on day 1, sockets not stuck to the wall correctly.

Can summarise them as cheap, greedy and detached. Trust me when I say, ignore those fake 4/5 star reviews and spend your money elsewhere

I regret to say that my experience with Paladin Property Management has been less than satisfactory. It is with a heavy heart that I advise others to approach their services with caution, especially considering the significant financial implications.

One of the primary areas of concern lies in their customer service, which has been consistently subpar. Their responses were slow, and when we did receive communication, it was often characterised by rudeness and passive-aggressiveness. In stark contrast to our previous property management company, Paladin failed to uphold their commitment to return calls promptly, leaving us feeling disregarded and frustrated.

Beyond the issues with customer service, I found Paladin to be disingenuous in their dealings. There were instances where they appeared to bend the truth to their advantage, seemingly motivated by the desire to maximise profits rather than prioritise their clients' best interests. This lack of transparency eroded our trust in their practices and raised concerns about their overall integrity.

Additionally, we were promised a call from one of their managers, but the correspondence has yet to materialise. This lack of follow-through only adds to the disappointment we've experienced with their services.

While I have much more to share about my interactions with Paladin, I am willing to give them an opportunity to resolve some of the outstanding issues before fully divulging all the details. I hope they take this feedback constructively and make genuine efforts to improve their services and address the concerns of their clients.

In conclusion, my experience with Paladin Property Management has been below par. I sincerely hope they work towards enhancing their customer service and fostering a more transparent and reliable approach to property management in the future. Until then, I urge others to exercise caution and consider alternative options.

Paladin is a very trustworthy property agent and Malika is the best property manager I have ever met. She is experienced, professional and fast-responding. She will handle all the problems and cases anytime if I need any support. She’s been very considerate and helped me solve millions of issues. It was a pleasure time to have her as my contact but it is sad she has left her position in the business.

Malika is the reason why I would say my experience with Paladin has been amazing. She’s someone who really cares and goes above and beyond. She’s so caring and understanding, and easy to get along with. If there’s one person you would want to work with or get to know… it will be Malika 🫶🏽

Malika has been so amazing, kind and helpful from the first day I contacted her about a listing, she did her due diligence and made sure I was able to complete my process and move in swiftly. She treats her clients as family and responds to issues proactively.

Just heard that Malika has left the company. I just wanted to say how amazing she has been since my tenancy started a couple of years ago. Always there to help, going way more than the extra mile every time. It has been a pleasure Malika, all the best in your new endeavours.

All about Malika, who made us feel amazing with her swift response to emergencies not on one occasion but on several occasions. Thankyou Malika for your professionalism and your can-do attitude to work. You made the flat a home for my mother and we sincerely appreciate your effort.

Malika has been amazing!

I was looking for an emergency flat to rent and requested a viewing. Malika responded to my inquiry efficiently within 24 hours and within a day or so I was shown around and the property was secured. The property needed a little work on it and Malika made sure it was spotless, painted new blinds before I moved in. Not only that I was given details to parking, and local amenities. Malika went above and beyond to any questions I had in the flat. Friendly and extremely helpful, and I will be sad to see her go. Malika has been my best property Manager I have had.

Since 16th March (now 24th May)I have repeatedly asked Paladin to remove the pictures of my cat from one of the directors/sales persons advert for a flat he is selling for his mother in- law (who fed the cat and locked it inside her flat) so the new owners do not think this is a stray or community cat when the cat turns up, causing me any more problems.

They said they did not have permissions to remove that picture, as they have another department that does that, I asked if I need to do anything else, they said no, after many requests the picture are still there 2.5 months later for a 2 minute job.

I said I would give them time to remove before I wrote a review, they were not concerned by any review being written stating I am not using a service of theirs! But it is of course their website and their business and a simple request for something they said repeatedly they would do!

Very good agency, quality properties, easy paperwork, I am happy with my new place. Malika is very nice and responsive, she made my moving process very smooth ! Thanks again.

Swift move in process and assistance. Malika is the best property agent I have come across. She will go all out to help and do whatever is in her control or more if necessary.

I cannot thank Malika enough for how much she helped me in my move. It was a very long process (none of which was Paladin’s fault) but Malika was supportive, attentive, and such a big help every step of the way.

Even when there were was hard news to deliver, I felt respected by Malika and Andrew - who were considerate and sensitive in their delivery.

I didn’t feel like just a name on a piece of paper, I was treated like a person. This how a property agency should be! Thank you Paladin.

Most helpful firm i have come across. Andrew & Malika both have been absolutely great in supporting me and my family to the best of their ability for our needs at our accommodation. Always keeping me updated about the progress on things and constantly checking up on us when my wife wasn't feeling well. Any questions or concerns I had Paladin was there to answer and reassure. Very consultative and honest people who want the best for their tenants. Not a bad word to say about them.
