PakWheels a name I thought might connect me with actual sellers but what I realize is quite the opposite. They are more interested in getting the non refundable fee than to actually sell your car at market. I had a new Alto not even a year old and they wanted me to sell it at a discount of 3 lac even when I had insurance tracker leather seats and undercoating all topped in they were not able to get even close to actual market offers I was receiving directly via OLX.

I visited Model town service center to change Coolant. I had a good experience of changing engine oil but this time AC stopped working after changing coolant. I lodged complaint but nothing more then false claims. Now I am thinking shifting to some other service provider.

Very poor un professional team for car inspection. They even dont know how to check car and paint and they charge a lot for the sake of inspection. They are making fool of people. Dont use their services.

I had my first experience with pakwheels and surprised to see how much they have to offer and in best way. So many services available under one platform. Their customer service is very responsive and sharp to responses. Very pleased. Thanks pakwheels.

I am overseas and try to sell my car through pak wheel.its part of agent mafia.company staff has contact with local agent and investor and make fool to seller.i got offer from pak wheel very low.then I decided to sell car in open market.please don't believe on pak wheel.its part of agent mafia.

I placed multiple orders with PakWheels AutoStore, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Out of five products I ordered, two were delivered incorrectly and one hasn’t shipped even after five days.

For one of the orders, I received the wrong product and shared photos with support via WhatsApp. I was told someone would call and that the issue was being discussed on the backend, but no follow-up came even after two days.

One another order, I ordered two rear wind-sheild shades but received only one. Despite reaching out to customer support the next day, I have received no response whatsoever.

The lack of communication and responsiveness is frustrating and confusing. I expected better service, especially when placing multiple orders. At this point, I am unsure I will use PakWheels again.

I regret to say that the situation has only gotten worse since I posted my initial review.

Despite multiple follow-ups, PakWheels AutoStore has still failed to deliver the correct product or complete the replacement. I have never received what I actually ordered. Promises were made repeatedly, including assurances that someone would contact me and that the matter was being handled internally, but no meaningful action ever happened.

Customer support has been completely unresponsive and unaccountable. Messages are either ignored or met with vague replies that lead nowhere. At this point, it is clear that PakWheels has no effective after-sales support and no respect for customers’ time or money.

I have now requested a full refund, as I no longer want any replacement or further dealings with PakWheels. They may collect the incorrect product they delivered, but I am done with this store entirely.

This has easily been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had in Pakistan. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, especially if you expect proper customer support when something goes wrong.

I posted an ad for my car and got so many messages and calls in just a day. After just three days, my car was sold through pakwheels. The process of posting an ad is very good

PakWheels has been the worst company I’ve dealt with when it comes to customer service. I strongly advise against using their “Sell It For Me” option. It ended up being a complete waste of my time, effort, and money.

THIS COMPANY IS A WASTE OF TIME.

Not good Items i am not happy with service

Suneel Munj trying hard to manipulate market by posting misinformation. For example the upcoming IMF demand to reduce overall pricing and lift some of the restrictions from current policies that will eventually reduce prices by a good margin in coming years but he is speculating the exact opposite just because he is considered a big shot in auto industry and his main source is buying selling vehicles on a daily basis with huge margins and partnerships that benefits him in millions every month.

They are scammers the are grabbing innocent peoples money
They should change the name from pakwheels to fraudwheels
Such a pathetic platform boycott them
I have buyed 2credit (1950rs)for posting ad for 2months but after 1months the ad is expired and they are demanding money again

I placed an order for floor mats for my Suzuki Swift from PakWheels and received the wrong product on March 7th, 2025. I immediately reported the issue with photos and videos, clearly showing the mats did not fit my car. Despite reaching out the same day, I was met with delayed and repetitive responses asking me to resend videos and reinstall the mats—something I had already done multiple times.

After weeks of back-and-forth and no real resolution, I was finally told to return the item at my own cost. I sent it back promptly and provided all required proof of delivery by March 28th. However, as of today (April 15th), I am still waiting for my refund.

What frustrates me the most is the complete lack of urgency from their side. I had to follow up constantly just to keep the conversation moving. Their responses felt robotic, and no one took real ownership of my case.

What went wrong:

Wrong item delivered.

Poor customer support and extremely slow responses.

Repeatedly asked for the same proof.

No proactive communication.

Refund still pending after more than a month.

This experience has been stressful and disappointing. I expected better from a platform like PakWheels. I hope they take customer complaints more seriously in the future.

Today I witnessed the scam of Pakwheels inspection team. I booked for inspection of the car that I plan to buy at 2pm. I was expecting a whole team and when I saw one teenager who Pakwheels thinks master of all trades. He is a mechanic, an electrician, painter, dentor, and ac electrician according to the situation. Moreover，the seller got stuck due to office timing, and was late 20 mins. But the team of Pakwheels did not listen to us and cancelled my booking and asked to pay 1000 more. Later, they informed us we can not inspect your car today. The inspection will be done tge next day. Mr. Sunil, you need to really make amendments if you really want to progress.

Pakwheel delivery service is not good

Pakwheel sell it for me is the SCAM . I paid charges after that they offered choori kay daam or uskay baad ghayab hogaye..sell it your self dont use pakwheels

Sell your car service is absolutely scam and fraud. You will find out if you ignore the reviews of customers. Initially, they will talk with you very sweetly to get the money for inspection, once you paid they will do literally nothing to sell your car. and after 30 days they will remove your ad from the website and they will say that its company policy. one more thing they will tell you about this policy after the ad expiry and you have to pay again for inspection to make your ad live again. if you really want to sell your car i suggest post your for free on pakwheels. never ever use their any paid service. mark my words you will definately regret it. GOOD TECHNICAL BUT WEAK SALES & MKTG. Your TECHNICAL Rep had done a detailed inspection which is appreciated. However Sales & Marketing Rep had Perhaps neither read the technical Report nor aware about the backround of the Car. He was rather speaking on behalf of the buyer. It was quite a disappointing experience that too from a big name of Pakwheels. I am available if more details are desired.

Very bad experience, they have very poor services, I bought these paid ad service for one month, somehow by mistake the ad was removed, I tried to reinstate it but they never allowed. Very bad experience, not recommended to buy their services

Pakwheels inspection is nothing but a big greedy scam

I recently had the unfortunate experience of booking a PakWheels Car Inspection service, and it was nothing short of a nightmare.

I scheduled the inspection for 10 am on May 12, 2024. Despite arriving promptly and informing the inspector that I was on my way to bring the car up from the basement, I was met with sheer incompetence and rudeness.

Upon reaching the fourth floor with my car at 10:16 am, I was told by the inspector that they couldn't start the inspection because it was 10:17 am according to their watch. This blatant disregard for customer convenience and lack of professionalism left me utterly flabbergasted.

Not only did the staff fail to understand basic customer service etiquette, but they also displayed a complete lack of empathy and willingness to accommodate. It's clear that PakWheels prioritizes profits over providing a satisfactory service experience.

I strongly advise against using PakWheels Car Inspection services unless you enjoy being treated with disrespect and disdain by their incompetent staff. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a reliable and customer-centric inspection service.
