After lots of inquiries we found out that company is dissolved and they kept doing business after that so all us were robbed. They dissolved company in august 2023.please let me know if anyone has any other info . Thanks

I am very disappointed with their service and behaviour first they said they can take payment by card when they arrived they demand for cash they told me your luggage will arrive in Pakistan with in 3 weeks but now almost 5 months and they didn't pic my call as well.I send them email and so many voice mails but they didn't even bother it. I sent my luggage on13/12/2023 and now they are asking me for 2 months the luggage in Stuck in karachi sea for some tax reason.Very Very bad service not suggested to anyone,Avoid them as you can.

I have sent a review before. This is a home burglary gang under the shadow of a company. The man Hassan who came to pickup looked like a drug addict and I think we are their biggest victim. They stole nearly £30000 of our nearly 2000kg of stuff in which were very expensive electrics and designer cloths and other items. I am a trainee solicitor myself. I reported them to action fraud, metro police and planning to report them at Karachi customs. We paid them almost £4000 in delivery cost which we have made a claim with the bank. I have appointment next week with met police investigator who will find ali Rafiq, Hasan and his entire gang. They have a fake website and they will come on a rented enterprise van. Their warehouse location is fake as it’s just a spot which is always closed with a dog inside and they go there randomly and unpack your stolen items and sells them on eBay or other online retailers. This man Hasan and ali Rafiq are house burglars organised gang. I feel bad for their future victims but believe me one day all this crew will be in jail and I will not give up until they get long sentences.

I booked my parcel in December and now April did not delivered yet I have one question how they take more orders even our calls are not connected they did not replied on call and even in emails very bad experience lost my luggage money and time need all things back and should this company have to close.

Worst cargo service ever! They picked our parcel up in december and it has not arrived yet and now they dont pick our calls or answer our mails, these kind of scammers will burn in hell when they take things that do not belong to them and even lie on the call when spoken to in the holy month of Ramadan shame on them biiib biiib biiiib if they have a little bit of shame they will deliver it asap

Absolutely scums! Ran by thieves! Do not waste your money. Been over 8 months no delivery, if anything they emailed today and asked for extra £30 by bank transfer to clear the parcel, may these infidels be punished. STAY WELL CLEAR ! THUGS

Sent medium sized suitcase of clothes to Lahore, via Pakistan Cargo 4U. It’s driver Adeel collected it on 14th Oct 2023 and said it will arrive in Lahore by Jan 2024. Despite several phone calls in late January and more in the next 3 months to Pakistan Cargo 4U, were told it is just about to arrive. But it never turned up in Lahore. My 2 emails never got a response. My son’s law firm took up the matter in April and is awaiting a reply from this shipper. With so many customers not knowing what happened to their cargo, perhaps should jointly sue Pakistan Cargo 4 U. A group case against this shipper in a court, could result in customer compensation, and a possible fine for this rogue firm The Uk authorities could even revoke the firm from operating a cargo service, due to it’s extremely horrendous operations.

How can I get stuff and money back. I am really worried. These people has done the worst thing ever. And now they scaming by asking more money.
Can the police not do anything?

Sent two shipments one in september and one in october, recieved september one today, guess they had some issues with port authorities, looking forward for my october shipment

no stR shoukd be given. i tried 100 calls but have never been attended. i sent message on whatsapp and email no reply. this is not first time i have used this service like at least 10 times never happened anything. but this time we sent new stuff and clothes as gift and is not delivered in 6 months. no updates. they asked for extra 30£ been paid to western union but shipment is not delivered. very disappointed this time. before that it was always charity. so tried new stuff this time and it is stuck. please please deliver the parcel.

Hi all, my advice to all of you, don’t ever try this service, I sent my stuff 19th of October 2023, my order still not deliver yet, it’s been 6 months now, whenever I call them the guy he always lie to me, and now his not even answering my calls, my stuff was 48kg, this company is full of fraud,

PAKISTAN CARGO 4U are fraudsters. Over £700+ lost in cargo fees PLUS the cost of the items and the unlimited stress anxiety caused.
Contacted daily and numerous times to be told next week next week. Now no answer at all.
Social media is still being updated daily if not hourly messages sent via Facebook are 'read' not replied to. The company has no intention of delivering your cargo and now have
'disappeared'.
Only option is to report to the higher officials police and Fraud Agencies.
But please take heed do not use them you will lose your items and money also.

On August 4th, 2023, we engaged a cargo service to ship 22kg of items to Pakistan. Now, in March 2024, more than seven months later, our shipment remains undelivered despite our persistent weekly inquiries. Each time we contact the company, we are met with promises of delivery that never materialize. Our attempts to communicate via email and phone have been met with silence; our numbers have even been blocked. Personal visits to their office confirmed it is operational, yet our concerns are dismissed, and we are turned away without answers. This ongoing evasion leads us to conclude that the company is not only unreliable but also fraudulent. Regrettably, we have lost both our goods and our money. We are compelled to take action by reporting this matter to the trading standards authority to prevent others from experiencing similar losses. Please exercise caution and avoid this company's services.

They are scammers. They take your parcel and shipping cost and then they stole your bags and money. There company is fully based on fraud.Every time I called they said 1 week after 4th call no one answering call please avoid these they not worth a penny

I wish there was no star review Bcuz they don’t deserve even 1 star review. I sent my parcel in September and it’s been more than 5 months and still not delivered. Every time I ring them only person Hassan answers the call and says 2 more weeks and lies after lies. This guy says that I don’t know where your parcel is. i just pass you the msg. There is no other person who you can speak to..

fraud people, every week they said you receive in 2-3 days, now more than 4 months parcel collected, everywhere they have bad review they are not delivering any parcel now
