Fanatstic!!! The experience is awesome either it is regarding services or technical support..i will suggest everyone to select this company specially for hosting services.

The worst Company i have deal with. On the website they claim support for 24/7.

My hosting was down on Saturday. I call them but no response till monday and say Saturday and Sunday are our holiday even for support too.

They don't bother even if the hosting goes down. In support They don't pick the call, even don't reply on Tickets.

MY HOSTING WAS DOWN FOR 6 DAYS THEN AFTER 3 DAYS AGAIN DOWN FOR 3 DAYS BUT THEY DON'T EVEN BOTHER.

one of the worst experiance that I could have with a hosting company. No support, even there servers dont work. No support provided of what so ever. even if you create tickets they will mark them as closed. Wasted my money.

I was really tired from my old hosting provider and planning to move. Moving to Pakchamp was a good decision.

Customer service is top notch. Their technical work is around the clock.

Payment method was too bad that the team didn't even bother to check and again and again said that I didn't paid. well may be I will switch to another hosting.

Photos for the cloud flair or any help are so bad that it is not visible easily.

As recent experience, not recommended to purchase any services from here. I am stuck here having 3 Domain / 2 Hosting Plan / 3 other client package now shifting to any better services.

Approximately 3 weeks ago, I availed myself of your reseller hosting services. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I find it necessary to bring a few critical issues to your attention.
First and foremost, the primary concern revolves around the lack of support and responsiveness from your end. Despite reaching out through multiple channels, including calls and ticket queries, I have been unable to obtain any form of assistance or resolution to the issues I am facing.

For the past three weeks, my concerns have gone unanswered, and the support team seems to be unresponsive. Calls go unanswered, and ticket queries are replied to only after an excessive 48-hour delay. This prolonged delay in communication has left me feeling neglected as a customer, which is highly disappointing considering the 24/7 support commitment mentioned during the service purchase.

Moreover, the services I was promised, such as 99% uptime, have not been met. The lack of reliability in the provided services is not only inconvenient but also contradictory to the assurances made during the purchase process.
Regrettably, due to the unresolved issues and the apparent lack of support, I have had no choice but to cancel the services. However, it is disheartening to note that there is a no-refund policy in place, leaving me with a sense of financial loss in addition to the poor service experience.

I am reaching out through this platform with the hope that my concerns will be addressed promptly, and a resolution to the issues faced will be provided. As a customer, I believe in transparency and accountability, and I trust that PAKCHAMP values its customers enough to rectify the situation.

Your DNS portal not working since 4 days. I am not able to connect my domain to shopify. Contact several time to support team but still issue not resolve Totally ignore no response. Really bad experience.

After getting payment they never respond to my problem. They have third class server. No one should buy their services

By purchasing this domain I have to know about how to purchase domain and how to purchase host and how to solve problem related to host or domain by taking ticket.
In last I have first experience to buying domain or host and now I am happy to buy domain gcrajanpur.edu.pk because my principal is giving good 👍 to me every day.
I cannot forget this experience in my life.

Pak champ is a reliable and affordable hosting provider with excellent customer support. I experienced some delays in activating my hosting plan after payment, but the issue was quickly resolved after I contacted customer support. My website is now performing well on Pak champ's servers.
