DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, but if you're looking at them on Trustpilot its probably because you are frustrated with them. I, like many other, order pajamas in late November, 3 out of my 6 pajamas arrived, I submitted a customer service request in early December and still havent heard anything, I tried to call but "no live agent available, please call back tomorrow" I tried to generate a return shipping label online, but thats not working. I did just get an email from them saying that they know their system is having problems with shipping labels and he had the nerve to suggest I try again tomorrow!

Horrible Order Fulfillment and Customer Service
I have ordered holiday pajamas from Pajamagrams
at least 3 or 4 times previously and was always satisfied with the experience, however this will be the last time I order through them. I ordered 4 sets of Christmas pajamas on 12/3/24. I emailed customer service on 12/22/24 asking for a status update of the order. On 12/23/24, I emailed stating at this point I wanted to cancel the order. On 1/1/25, I asked for a status update on the order/cancellation and that since I haven't had a response to any emails, would dispute the charge on my credit card if I don't hear back. On 1/6/25, after never receiving any response to any emails, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. On 1/10/25, I received notice that part of my order was getting ready to ship. I emailed and stated to not ship as I want the order cancelled. On 1/14/25, I received notice that a partial order was out for delivery. (Who knows when the rest of the order will go out. I assume they only sent it to avoid losing the chargeback to the credit card company.) At this point, while I don't want the pajamas (even to save for next year), I also don't want to pay the return shipping. Very poor order fulfillment and follow up from customer service.
Awful customer service
I placed an order for Christmas on 11/29. Several weeks went by with no shipping notifications. I followed up on 12/9 and again on 12/13. On 12/16, I received an email from customer service saying that they were overwhelmed with the holiday volume and weren't able to get the orders out by Christmas. So I was offered a full refund. It's almost a month later, and I just received a refund of $15.40, the entire order was $88. This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. They don't have an active phone number to call, so you just have to send an email and hope someone gets back to you.
Beyond Aggravated
December 1, 2024, I ordered several pairs of pajamas. To date, (1/11/25) I have not received my pajamas.
I contacted Pajama gram, three times via email. Thus far, I have received three form letters thanking me for contacting them. If I contact them again, my email may be bumped back.
There is NO other way to contact the company.
Terrible, terrible customer service and no regards, or respect for their customers.

Like other reviews, i ordered pj's on 12/2/24 - 4 pair - and they never arrived. Credit card however was charged 12/3/24! Not able after numerous tries to speak with a person or get a response on line. Will not do business with them ever again. Have started a dispute with credit card company to stop payment.
No pajamas and ni customer assistance
Same issue as everyone else. No pajamas and only a stock response stating they’ll look into the problem and to please not send in another complaint. My order was placed in 12/3/24 and my 1st complaint was placed in 12/19/24. Nothing since my first complaint so I did send in another complaint today 1/8/25. If nothing in the next 24 hours beyond the stock don’t complain again I will be trying to get my money back. Not sure what happened to the company but I do know I’ll never order from them again.

For starters I ordered pjs for Xmas.the shipping address auto filled incorrectly and needed to contact. Tried phone and by email even followed their instructions in email. Never heard back with exception of a generic email telling me they would be in touch. And to not resend another email. Tried tracking package waited and waited. This was ordered on 12/10/2024. Today is 1/8/2025 still nothing! Tracking number no longer works. Sure wish this could be corrected

Do not under any circumstance order ANYTHING from this company. I placed my order on Dec 2, they charged my credit card on Dec 3 and then the company goes silent. Finally got through to someone via customer service email and was told nothing but lies and excuses as to why I had not received my order. Even said they gave me a $25 rebate on my order if I didn't cancel on Dec 17. That rebate never showed up...another lie. Cancelled the order on Jan 7 and got confirmation on the 8th of the cancel but with the disclaimer of "it may take up to 10 days for the money to be refunded to your account". If it's like my rebate, I am sure I will have to dispute the charges with my credit card in order to get my money back!
No response from customer service and very poor service provided
Ordered christmas pajamas on November 30th, had to fill out online form on December 18th to request status - asked them to cancel order if could not be delivered before Christmas. On December 30th order arrived. Reached out same day to report that I had requested cancellation and now want to return unopened package for full refund - still no reply back. They provide NO phone number to call for assistance. Automated response to the customer service contact page state:
"To help us provide you the best possible assistance, please note the following:
1 – contacting us again via the form may merge your requests and push your message to the back of the line. This may also accidentally delete important information. "
This is VERY poor service and even worse customer service. I am very unhappy with them and frustrated that they do not respond.
Puchased, Paid, and NO CONFIRMATION
Today is January 4th, 2025. I purchased a 2 item gift of pajamas, and paid on December 17th, 2024. After specific enquiries to Pajamagram, I STILL have no answer confirming the delivery of my purchase. Runaround and evasion is what I get. WHERE is the copy of my paid invoice and proof of delivery? Simple. My bank shows the payment made!!!
Incomplete order
Incomplete order - emailed them - no response. It has been over 30 days. They have not sent missing items or contacted me. NO WAY to talk to anyone. Reported them to BBB, no response, no phone number. Horrible horrible company. Stole my money.

I’d give 0 stars if an option. I ordered 3 sets of PJs for my wife for Christmas on the 2nd of December. Christmas has passed without even a response to the 3 emails I’ve sent to Customer Service. Truly a misnomer for this company. Several phone calls made when I found a phone number to call and the recorded message was “ sorry, no live agents available “. I bought from Pajamagram 10 years ago and received the items in time for Christmas. My wife still wears them. I don’t know what’s happened to the QC but I’ll avoid this company in the future. I filed a dispute with my CC provider and hopefully will get my $100 refunded. STAY FAR FROM THIS POS retailer.

I have ordered from Pajama Gram for nearly 20 years, spent hundreds of $ with them. So I ordered my wife pajamas for Christmas on Dec. 4, kept checking for tracking only to find out that the order was not processed and not shipped as of Dec. 17. After reading some reviews of other customers, I went to Lands End and ordered a nice set for her (for less money), they arrived Christmas eve. The set from Pajama Gram arrived Dec. 28, I will not do business with them again.
Horrible Company
Ordered on Black Friday, as of today, 12/29/24, I still haven’t received anything. Two weeks after placing my order I reached out to customer service and received a response saying that they would refund me if that’s what I wanted and if my order hadn’t shipped. Clearly, my order has never shown up, so I’d like to know where my refund is. I tried reaching out again a week ago and just received the automated response that my email was received. At this point, all I want is my money refunded. I’m going to file a complaint with the BBB.

Terrible company & customer service! Order and CHARGED 6wks prior to Christmas holiday and still not processed despite my multiple emails to the company about the issue. I will be reporting this to my credit card company as a fraudulent charge & company! Beware!!

They had big holiday ads and promos going on, so I ordered $500 worth of PJ’s on Dec. 5. It is now Dec 29 and the order is still “preparing shipment” and they will not respond to me. They took my $$ on Dec. 5, then ignored the order and me. Their phone number says to call back on the next business day, but they never actually answer. My multiple claims are unread. I will have to file a claim of fraud with my bank. Very unethical to advertise for Christmas, take your money, then do nothing. I can’t believe they are still in business.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I thought this was a great idea but they neglected to send me 2 of the 6 PJs I ordered. I have not been able to talk with Customer Service. They only option the website has is to fill out a form and you get an automated response. I tried to call a number I found on the internet but it is an automated message also with no option to leave a message. I will never order from another website that doesn't have people to communicate with in their customer service department. I should not be punished or robbed because you are short staffed. You should be ashamed of conducting business this way.
