I have been using Pai peptides for over…
I have been using Pai peptides for over 6 months now, and not noticed any difference at all... I have followed their instructions to the dot, but nothing, can't say my skin has benefitted at all which is a shame as their ingredients are clean. I feel that the huge price tag for such a small amount is a bit of a rip off if I'm honest too for what it is.

You might find that adding a few drops of the Peptides booster twice a day to your Serum or Moisturiser, is the best way to use this booster. You may prefer a different booster for next time.

Pai rosehip oil is of excellent quality, the texture is superb, my skin has improved greatly, use it on my face nightly and it jas worked wonders

A lovely clean skincare brand
A lovely clean skincare brand. I’ve started being really conscious about the skincare, laundry and wash products I use and the majority of Pai’s range consistently score highly on OnSkin and Yuka apps.
Their products are also lovely to use. Instant kalmer and Century Flower Mist are my go tos but recently started using their mineral SPF and would like try their PHA cleanser! Lovely products and packaging - can’t recommend enough 👌👌

We're happy to hear that you enjoy your Rosehip Bioregenerate Face Oil! We understand your concern about the staining. We are always working to improve our products.
You may prefer to add it to your Moisturiser at night, just 2-3 drops. If using it as an overnight oil treatment use 4 drops on damp, clean, exfoliated skin. This prevents Rosehip Oil from transferring onto bedlinen in the evening, You can do this 2-3 times a week overnight.

My order never arrived
My order never arrived, and I never received any communication from Pai. I only found out because I checked the tracking info from DHL. I had to get in touch with Pai directly to flag the issue and request a refund, and am still waiting their 7 to 10 business days for a response.
Update:
A replacement order has now been sent.
For timeline reference:
Sept 4th: my order shipped
Sept 16th: I realised I hadn't received my order, and checked DHL myself to find out they had issues/cancelled the delivery-no notifications from anyone regarding this issue.
Sept 16th: contacted Pai to ask for a order cancellation/refund
Sept 18th: asked to review Pai on Trustpilot, which brought us here, and finally to some support from customer services.

Effective cleansing cloths
The double sided face cloths I ordered are lovely. Very effective with a gentle side and the other side for exfoliating. They arrived swiftly and were packed in an attractive slim box.

The products I bought are wonderful the rosehip oil is luxurious and makes your skin feel amazing, and I purchased the vitamin c which I use in the morning. You don't need a lot it goes a long way I have been using it for about a week now and my skin looks amazing and feels great.

You may prefer to blend a few drops of Rosehip Oil into your Moisturiser overnight for ease of application. When using Rosehip Oil overnight use 3-4 drops on damp skin, a few times a week. It's a super concentrated product that repairs and regenerates skin as we sleep.
You may like to add our Vitamin C booster to it too!
