I have rosacea and hypersensitive skin. I purchased The Anthemis Moisturiser and Bright Now Toner, and although these products are marketed as suitable for very sensitive skin, I would say they are definitely not suitable for irritated or highly reactive skin.

For sensitive skin that is relatively calm and not experiencing irritation — perhaps yes. But for hypersensitive skin, definitely not. This is because, for hypersensitive skin, it's important not only to avoid fragrance and alcohol, but also essential oils, which are present in these products.

Furthermore, the moisturiser contains quite a lot of oils, making it too heavy for my combination skin. After the very first application, my skin started burning. Instead of soothing my skin and reducing redness, the moisturiser actually made the redness and irritation worse.

As for Bright Now Toner, I didn't even dare to try it after that experience.

In the end, I decided to stop using both products.

I am a returning customer who's been with Pai since its early days. I found what I needed - a cream for my eczema-prone hands - and never looked for anything else. Since then, I also tried face care and also found all I need at Pai. I don't buy from other brands anymore because what I get at Pai is superior quality and carers to all the needs of my sensitive skin. I would only wish there was a loyalty program for people who repeatedly order from Pai - small rewards or signs of appreciation. As of right now, I feel less like a long term valued client, more like someone who pops up randomly every now and then. But despite this, I am a huge fan of all your products and I already brought multiple other clients because I keep raving about Pai❤️❤️❤️

I love the products and can recommend them without reservation. The only drawback is the shipping to Germany with GLS. However, the excellent customer service helped, who responded quickly, very friendly and uncomplicated. Thank you very much for that.

Genuinely gorgeous and effective skincare. The aromas are wonderful - my skin looks so much more healthy even after one week of using the cleansing oil and the Rosehip serum.

I’ve tried every brand out there over the years, including the “legendary” ones that cost a fortune. Pai beats them hands down. If you have post-menopausal skin Pai is a must. The fact it’s entirely organic is the cherry on the cake!

Beautiful products which my skin loves. Having consciously made the decision to start using skincare products with natural organic ingredients, Pai has ticked all the boxes of what I was looking for. Always buy my skincare from pai now. I have rosacea and contact dermatitis and this is the only product range that I have used that doesn’t aggravate it and has actually improved my skin appearance. Would highly reccommend to anyone with similar skin issues.

Love Pai products. I use the firming booster daily, only wish it was in a bigger bottle but makes my skin feel and look amazing. Been using the British summertime illuminating sunscreen for sometime now. Only use a small amount but love the glow it gives my skin and do get compliments on it. Delivery is in a matter of days from order, so win win all round.

I mostly buy their products for my husband, but I have tried a few for myself and they are lovely ! They work really well, don't irritate your skin, and come in eco-friendly nontoxic glass packaging which is super important to me :) I love love LOVE this brand and will continue to buy more from them -- also, shipping as always been timely and smooth with no issues, and the few mistakes we have had were quickly resolved by their customer service team before we even knew there was an issue ! (i.e., my husband accidentally bought from their UK site once, and they noticed the mistake before we did and had already sent the order to the US site before we even emailed them about it)

Personnally, my skin tolerates these treatments, oils and creams well. The result is a more radiant complexion, and it no longer feels tight. They are to pleasure to use. I like the glass containers with pipettes, just the essentials.

I like it. PERFECT FOR DRY SKIN.
