Just received my long black ribbed cardigan and wow the quality and texture is fabulous. I was hoping that it would equal the ribbed jumpers and I am not disappointed. So happy with my purchase.
Recently bought 3 Paisie jumpers and love them. The only reason to not give 5* was that on the last jumper black with white detail across shoulders, arms and sides some of the white detailing was fr... Se mere

Hi Christine,
we’re sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your parcel. According to the tracking information, your order was dispatched by our warehouse the day after it was placed and has already arrived in the US, where it is currently being processed through customs.
For US standard shipping, the estimated delivery timeframe is 6–10 business days. While the delay is unfortunately beyond our control once the parcel is in the hands of the courier, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Thank you for your valuable feedback—we are committed to improving the shopping experience for all our international customers. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.
Sweater is simply the best.

Hi Dada, thank you so much for your lovely review! We're thrilled to hear that you love our jumper. Can't wait to see you shop with us again! 😊
Sizing makes no sense
The sizing on the two dresses I ordered was very inconsistent. They were both supposed to be a UK 12, but one of them fit like a size up and the other fit like a size down. The quality on the stitching was terrible and uneven, there was lots of frayed edges and loose threads. And the fabric looks cheap - the pictures make the fabric look a lot more structured and expensive than it is. Now I have to pay $32 to ship them back and get a refund, at least I'm glad I'm recouping most of my money.

Hi Sara,
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand your frustration, especially regarding the sizing differences. The dresses you ordered have different fits—one is a loose fit and the other a regular fit—which may have caused the discrepancy. However, we acknowledge that this may not have been clear, and we’re committed to improving how we communicate this information on our website.
We also deeply regret that the quality didn’t meet your expectations. Your feedback on the stitching and fabric is invaluable, and we’ll be sharing it with our production team to ensure better quality control moving forward.
Lastly, we’re sorry about the cost of international returns. We’re actively working on improving our return process for international customers to make it more seamless and affordable. We truly appreciate your patience as we work towards this goal.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts with us, and if there’s anything else we can do to assist, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Hi Jog, thank you for choosing Paisie, and we look forward to bringing you more pieces you’ll love!
Gorgeous.
Was lucky enough to purchase the crew neck ribbed oversize jumper in Teal which had been out of stock for some time. The colour is a little darker than it appeared online but it is still gorgeous. Very pleased with my purchase and delivery was prompt.

Great service and product
I was a first time customer and offered 20% discount for that reason but the online form did not work so I emailed Paisie and received great service and support - and the discount. I received the order (sweater) a few days later and it is perfect 😍

Their clothes are beautiful
I have only just come across this site, and they will be my go to now every time I want something new.
Their clothes are beautiful, they are made well, maybe a special buy for me as they can be pricey, however you get what you pay for. I buy mainly from their sales.
Website easy to navigate very well designed. Delivery was prompt and on time.
