Paid quite a bit for a painting that…
Paid quite a bit for a painting that was very... mass production. The quality of the work really was not fair for the price. It's just a little, off. It came from China even though they pretend its coming from the US.

Looks fantastic!
Received my painting today and just got it hung up - it looks fantastic! The overall process and shipping took a bit longer than advertised, but the final piece is very close to the product photo. I'm really pleased with it!

Great customer service
Great customer service. I ordered the wrong size and they gladly corrected the size and assured me it was corrected and I would receive my Art Work very soon.
I received it and just had it framed. I am absolutely thrilled with my painting. Waiting to have it on my wall.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the rare shipping error.
For the first time in five years, a mix-up occurred between two orders. We identified the issue and initiated a correction, which was scheduled to be completed within couple business days.
It is regrettable that you chose to file a chargeback and discontinue communication before this solution could be implemented. While we always stand ready to fix our rare mistakes, we can only do so when clients allow the process to be completed.
We consider this matter closed.

What I received does not look like the picture of what I ordered. The scale is wrong and the gold foil look glopped on. Absolutely terrible!

Musuem Quality Artwork
The finished product not only matched the images and product description on the website, but once received, the paint quality, packaging, and frame were remarkable and exceeded expectations! This painting is stunning, and I could stare at it all day. I would absolutely order from this vendor again given the exceptional product quality and delivery.

Satisfaction guaranteed
generally, the painting was similar to the original however it has no depth, and the paint runs/graffiti appear artificial, and the graffiti does not flow as it should .. the artist tried too hard to make a copy but missed the mark.... I would opine that it was a copy made by Banksy's distant cousin rather than a copy of an original... I don't think that it is worthy of hanging on a wall in my house ..
I subsequently reached out to PaintsLab and they are working with me to rectify the problem .. Kudos to their customer support, I look forward to getting the matter resolved.
