Ordered 3 pictures to play with whilst in Covid lockdown and got started straight away, but then realised we’d only been sent 2. The customer service team very kindly
Sent through the remaining picture straight away and communicated very well with me, even to ensure we’d received the parcel in the mail. Very happy with the paintings, my friends can’t believe they’re paint by numbers (I can because I’m no artist haha)

Quick delivery. Excellent kit and I am very proud of my finished product. I can’t wait to start my next Paint By Numbers

Company not as advertised. ‘About us’ section states it’s an Australian based company with warehouse and head office based in Melbourne.

My “Australian” paint by numbers was ordered over 3 weeks ago and still no sign of it. Probably because, according to the tracking number, it hasn’t come from Melbourne, but rather via 2 separate cities in China. It’s currently in Sydney (I am in Perth) and who knows when or if it will arrive.

Blatant false advertising and I would not have ordered as a gift if I had known it would take this long. Dodgy…

I have purchased paint by numbers kit from them twice and deliveries were super fast and the team also followed up on the delivery. Very good service and quality kits, highly recommend it if you need something therapeutic to do in your free time or isolation period!

Do not order from this company. See earlier review. I have sent several emails with no reply re the order that was supposedly packaged and ready to go on January 21st. It is now clear this was a fraudulent statement. The original order from November 14th never arrived and it's now February 26th.
There are plenty of other paint by numbers businesses that can be relied on and are honest.

Wish I could give this 0 stars, do not order from here - when placing an order it said it would get delivered in 3-7 days however it hasn’t, I’ve also emailed them 3 times and have had NO RESPONSE BACK. This company is obviously such a scam, they will be reported if I’m not issued a refund asap. They claim to be from Australia but clearly coming from China as that’s where it’s getting shipped from, I’m so appalled. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

Ordered an on 21/12/2021 expecting delivery in the new year. Website states "Aus Orders: 2-6 days delivery".
Received an email on 18th January saying "we have finished processing your order", and I followed up questioning if this order had been sent prior to this which was almost a month from purchase date. They responded with a tracking number coming from China with 0 information other then "Shipment Received" on the 30th December.
Today is 4th Feb, still no update on the tracking and no delivery. Well past the 2-6 days when currently we are at +6 WEEKS form order date...

I have sent so many emails and received no response. Not sure when if ever I will receive the kit.

I loved everything about the painting, from how it was packed to how it was presented.
It’s very therapeutic and I loved every steps. Generous in the amount of paint in each little tub.
Very impressed as to how they managed to colour code all the numbers! It was great.

In one of the kits that I've bought, obviously they made a mistake of the colour. Even though I have send them them proofs they just decided to ignore it. Won't buy painting kits from them ever again.

Loved my painting. I was able to listen to an audio book and paint at my leisure. We had a group of friends who also ordered kits and during lockdown we set up a messenger chats while we painted, had a glass of wine and a giggle. Thank you.

I’ve bought a few paintings so far, but I fell in love with the Lake Como piece. Having traveled to Italy and having an Italian heritage, to be able to paint my home makes it all the more special. Unlike my very first painting, I’m finishing this one a lot quicker! Which means I’ll probably buy another, ha-ha! I like how this type of work is forgiving, too. Even if you don’t paint inside the lines, it will still work out well. In my experience, these paintings have helped me to relax and to just escape into my own world. Best part is that if you have kids or an actual life, you can continue painting whenever you want!

This is my third artwork and by far the best. The quality of the paints is excellent and I am enjoying the intricacy and time it takes watching the picture emerging.

My custom kit was amazing! The quality of the paint, painting, canvas, and number image was very good. They forgot my frame but their custom support and print and friendly service to fix the mistake was very appreciated. I highly recommend this product!

The canvases were just rolled up and not attached to a frame. So I had to buy a wooden frame and stapling machine to mount the canvas in order to paint it and this was really difficult. It added much more inconvenience and cost to the painting. Other companies provide the frame as well and some at cheaper prices. I could not locate the company's phone number or address to contact them - only an online form so had no idea where or who they were.
