My first time completing a PBN canvas. Overall good experience. End result a very nice painting for my new granddaughter's room. May do another different one for my other new granddaughter's room.

Amazing service, I will order again for sure!
Although it took some time for the paintings to arrive due to covid, their customer service is exceptional and they answered all my questions very quickly so I knew all the time what's happening with the shipment and you could really see they care about every customer. The painting is amazing, I finished one and it really looks the same as on the website, I will definitely order again.

Helpful and effective customer support
I give this 5 stars because in spite of the error made with my order (payed for 2 canvases, only got one), the customer support response was relatively quick, and very helpful. I was able to get my other painting without having to pay extra for the canvas or the shipping.

Good experience, legit and safe
Overall good experience. Legit and safe. The website is easy enough to search, and the purchase itself is straitforward. The time to deliver is a bit longer than what I was expecting, but even on Christmas time, I got my painting on acceptable time. And, when I had trouble on tracking my order, I contacted the customer service and they answered promptly, being kind and helpful.

The painting came in perfect condition
The painting came in perfect condition! And the paint quality is pretty good too. I’ve bought from other places and the paint was too liquid but this one’s perfect. The wait time was kind of long but that’s to be expected cause I ordered it around holiday season.

I ordered two paint by number kits from this company because I really liked the way the product was advertised (in a flat box other than folded canvas).
The site said it would take some time to receive and I understand that in today's world. However, it said 2 - 3 days for processing and the rest of the time is shipping. Again, I get it. But I have never even received a shipping confirmation or tracking number on either product.
I have emailed the company to please cancel my order but have not received a response. I have submitted a complaint through pay pal at this point. There is another company called Masterpiece by Numbers who is based in the USA. I will be ordering from them from now on. Tired of these ads that pop up on social media and I fail to check where they are located. Most are out of the country and have the worst customer service.

Alexandra was very attentive and customer-focused in ensuring my order came through, even with all the COVID delivery disruption!
The product itself is fantastic and my parents loved using it with clear instructions being the selling point.

The Colour contrasts so vivid on canvas
The choice is vast and subject matter good. The colours look great on canvas and would recommend at the price value for money. During Covid expect some delay in delivery but they kept us informed on progress in delivery.

Great customer service
Paint By Numbers was super helpful when the shipping of my order was delayed because of COVID - easy to get in touch with and followed up via email a few weeks after I received my order to ensure I had got it. Good quality for the priced. Highly recommend!
