Omg! I purchased a game stick. It worked 1 week and then crashed. I reached out and they were not really helpful. I could not get my money back after trying so many times no response after awhile.. There are better companies out there to purchase from.

Ordered what I thought was an awesome product but I have never received. I have emailed countless times and email comes back their mailbox full. I sent a message via instragram got reply saying escalated to team. Still nothing. Website looks great but don't be taken in by it. Avoid such shame

TOTAL SCAM! I paid them, they never delivered the device and never responded to my emails. They should go to jail

Scammers - item worked for two tries then won’t power up. Sent it back to the address they asked, on my dime, it got sent back to me 7 months later, same issue, wasn’t replaced or probably even looked at. Criminal. Don’t buy or trust any of these folks.

Ordinata pocket console, mai arrivata, chiesto più volte di spedirla, ogni volta veniva trovata una scusa, poi il pacco era fermo in dogana, poi dicono che ne hanno inviato un altro, mai arrivato nulla. Non fornivano tracking, non rispondono alle email, se non ogni tanto, dopo mille solleciti. Chiesto rimborso, senza alcuna risposta.
State lontanissimi! Tra l'altro è un normale hdd con installato Batocera.

Sono stato truffato. Ho speso 106 euro. Mi hanno spedito due Pad inutili e scadenti. Ho mandato decine di e-mail per ricevere un rimborso o ottenere il drive con i giochi ma non risponde nessuno. Non ho modo di bloccare la transazione, avrei dovuto immaginarlo non avendo PayPal tra i pagamenti accettati (perderebbero ogni singola contestazione). NON COMPRATE. Immagino siano milionari truffando milioni di persone in questo modo. Ho perso i miei soldi e non ho modo di riaverli indietro.

Sent a defective, broken hard drive. Have contacted them several times to get a replacement or refund and they have done nothing. They seem to be wasting time so that time is past for refund. DO NOT BUY

1. The device that you sent is just a hard drive and that is ok but I am unable to just hook it up to my computer and just play.

2. I paid $80 bucks for it to have all the roms pre installed on there but instead y’all just gave the emulator and a bunch of 8 bit and arcade roms leaving me to go hunt for the other roms to install. I have no clue where to get the roms so yes that suck.

3. Your communication suck. I can only get a response from your company 1 time per day? Good way to stretch the 30 day window.

4. I’m not going to send something back when the shipping cost will be just the same or close to the same cost as the product. Yeah that is dumb.

I honestly don’t care about the money. I can buy hundreds of them but your quality and professionalism is lacking. So thank you but no thanks.

I wish I could give 0 stars. It's basically a scam.
There are probably less than 5% of the games of list on their website. Most of the games are chinese arcade games and a lot of them are even duplicates to get to the number of games you've purchased.
IF you find something to play and then save your progress (as specifically said on their website), the following day you'll find the amazing surprise of all your work gone because this thing doesn't absolutely save anything.
The controller is probably the most fragile thing ever made in the history of mankind and you'll be worried about breaking it just by holding it in your hand.
You ask to return the product since it's literal sh*t and you had it for only a week, and they say that you can return it but you'll need to pay for the shipping, which has to go all the way to China and will cost more than the product itself.
Do yourself a favour: DON'T BUY IT.

Don’t buy it. It arrived and worked well for a few weeks, then broke. I’ve sent over a dozen emails back and forth over the past two months and they’ve been leading me on and stalling. I didn’t ask for a refund, just a replacement.

Just about everyone reviewing this game has had a worse experience than me. I bought it and received it. Everything was ok but I noticed most of the games are laggy and do not have the sound effects and background music from the games. I spent hours on one only to come back and find that it reverted to my first save file which was about 21minutes into the game.

Do not buy it. It's mostly a waste of money. I can only play a few games effectively and the rest just seem laggy and incomplete.

Never worked.
I was asked me to send it back to China (despite the website claiming that they are a USA based company).
They gave me no shipping refund (30€).
And yet they fail to acknowledge that the technology was broken.

Purchased one. "Legit" in that I recieved it. After one use it stopped working. Been trying for 2 weeks and over 15 emails to get Padfuse to acknowledge that it is defective, they have now sent a return address to China at a cost of shipping at £45 which I would have to cover (non refundable), so almost exactly the same price of a new unit. The one time it did work, I wasn't really impressed with the selection of games either. I've seen free ROM packages you can download with better selections. I was mainly interested in the fully packaged all-in-one console experience but the quality of the hardware is pretty poor. Controllers are wobbly and cheap plastic. I'd avoid this brand and save yourself the frustration and disappointment.

I ordered mines back in July, still haven’t received it. Contacted customer service, they said my package is at the post office, but it’s not, I went. Still nothing we are in September, it’s such a shame!!!!

I wanted to return the item but was refused and told I could only return it if it were faulty, which I believe breaches UK retail laws. I suggest you do not buy from this company.

I bought it, didnt get it... Customer service say I need to contact shipping company and claim it from there. Which is nonsense of course. So bye bye 60 euro.

This is a scam, the item does not work majority of the time and all the reviews include issues I have faced. Sometimes the unit will not power on, there are times when the controllers cant connect and im having issues trying to save or load any game data. For N64 games, there were sound issues and the games were lagging, on some other systems the games would not play. I’ve lost many hours trying to get this to work, biggest waste of money. I would give zero stars if I could.

Bought a handheld console and stopped working after 1 hour. Now Padfuse won’t return my emails. DO NOT BUY

This is a scam. They took my money, sent me a small unit that didn't work from the first day I had it, I posted it back to them in July, and since then they have just been saying they will get back to me about it. I've asked for a refund or a unit that works, I'm fed up of chasing them now. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
