Ordered 1 jersey, as the ride managers do not order jerseys for riders, cost savings for them I guess. Normal rides jerseys are now $85, up from the $75 they use to be. The jersey from Pactimo though, is a whopping $95, and on top of that they charge shipping and handling, and on top of that they charge the incorrect amount, of about an extra dollar, for TAX! First and LAST thing I buy from this company, and if any rides use this company, guess I won't be getting that ride jersey.

I've had great experience with Pactimo products. Their bibs are the most comfortable I've ever worn. I have a few other items from them, which are generally high quality and have lived up to my expectations.
Their marketing team is a bit obnoxious, though. They do not respect email frequency settings, and just blast you all the time. Be prepared to unsubscribe every time you make a purchase.

August 2022 I purchased a Pactimo Alpine Cycling Jacket, which was reputedly designed to perform at "Low Temperatures" however when wearing same in September at 55Degrees Fahrenheit it failed to perform its most basic function i.e that was to keep me warm.
I am simply expressing my profound disappointment at this product and the company with regard to the following.

1 The quality of the product to perform as stated.
2 The misleading advertising ref this product
3 The customer service i.e. The denial that Pactimo received my e-mail (s). (I have automated replies to support same)
4 The suggested remedy.

I would not recommend either the Company or the Product.
