I was introduced to Packiyo by our 3PL operator and have integrated the Packiyo API with a few other systems. Support team is helpful and responds quickly. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, and I’d recommend Packiyo as a WMS for 3PLs.

Packiyo provides excellent customer service. The team always responds quickly and gives us clear, step-by-step guidance whenever we have questions. JL, in particular, has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. He always makes sure we understand how to resolve any issues and follows up when needed. We truly appreciate his continued support and highly recommend Packiyo!

We had an excellent experience with Packiyo. The platform is easy to use. The biggest highlight has been the support team, especially JL. His support has been outstanding—he's always quick to respond, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to help. The response time is honestly incredible, and it's reassuring to know we can get assistance so quickly whenever we need it.
If I had one suggestion, it would be to add more help articles and documentation to the knowledge base. Having more self-service resources would make it even easier to find answers and learn about different features.

Their Support staff have been amazing in working thru any issues and outside the norm requests. They are quick and responsive. We have been using Packiyo for our 3PL for just over a year now and have fully transitioned.

The team at Packiyo is great. Onboarding with David a support with JL and Cayden has been superb. The team and company overall get 5 stars for sure. The platform is still a little bit of a work in progress. While the platform is super intuitive and easy to navigate, there are some integrations that are lacking and the KB needs a serious update. There have been several times when I should have been able to get an answer in the KB, but there were no articles and I had to open a ticket for a pretty simple question. The team has always been super fast to respond for me, but I wouldn't have to bother them at all if the KB had more articles. I definitely recommend Packiyo and am looking forward to growing with them.

I’ve worked with a number of systems and support teams, and Packiyo WMS has been a strong experience for us. The platform has helped streamline our warehouse operations, but what really stands out is the Customer Success team. They’ve been consistently available, responsive, and willing to help us work through questions and operational needs as they come up. That level of support makes a real difference when implementing and growing with a WMS. I’d definitely recommend Packiyo to teams looking for both a capable system and a partner that is invested in their success.

They sold us on Packiyo but it was not what we expected. The initial call made it seem like everything was automated and simple to use but there are a lot of manual steps involved and bugs.

We are pulling our hair because of the lack of flexibility and issues with this software.

The application is not user-friendly and does not fully solve many problems a 3PL would face.

While we're able to jump on a call with support, it's only during our onboarding period. Even then, at times we requested a call to solve an issue instead of going back and forth via email multiple times and were told that a call is not necessary.

Videos on their help site is outdated, so if you need to figure out something you just have to wait until your next call or will have to email them and wait for a response.

We have been using them for almost 3 months now. A bit disappointing as we had higher expectations.

Update: June 25
I reduced a star from 2 to 1. We have now transitioned to support and are no longer on the onboarding stage. While we've got the hang of using the WMS there are still some complications as each customer we onboard have it's own complexity. In order to best support these customers, as a 3PL, we rely a lot on the WMS system we are using. When issues involving the WMS come up, it's important that they are addressed so that our customers are not affected.

Dealing with Packiyo, they provide no call support after the onboarding stage. We requested multiple calls with an issue that we were facing using their WMS, and we were receiving general responses from customer support, not even acknowledging the call request. What should take less than a 15 minute call, now takes a week going back and forth via email. Very disappointing.

As a fast-growing startup, we had a ton of questions getting set up with a WMS. Packiyo has been a game-changer for us — it's powerful, easy to use, and handles our fulfillment needs without overcomplicating things.

The real MVP has been Packiyo's onboarding team and more specifically, Amy. From day one, she’s been incredibly responsive, patient, and proactive in helping us get up and running. No question was too small (and we had a lot). Her support made the onboarding process smooth and gave us confidence every step of the way.

If you're a startup looking for a solid WMS backed by amazing people, Packiyo — and Amy — are the way to go. Couldn't recommend them more!

We’ve been using Packiyo for about 8 months now, and it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made. The system itself is super well thought out—clearly built by people who understand what actually happens in a warehouse. It’s not just plug-and-play software—it’s flexible, always improving, and actually adapts to what we need as we grow.

But honestly, the real MVP is David. He’s been our main point of contact, and he’s just the kind of person you hope you get on the other end of an email. Always quick to reply, incredibly helpful, and genuinely a great human to work with. I’ve definitely bugged him more than a few times (especially during implementation), and he’s never once made it feel like a burden.

If you’re in the market for a WMS that doesn’t just work, but comes with a team that wants to help you succeed, Packiyo (and especially David) is the move. Can’t recommend them enough.

Having used Packiyo for a few years now, I have witnessed its evolution firsthand, and it has been nothing short of amazing. The system is incredibly user-friendly - so much so that even a grandmother with no technical background was able to run and operate the warehouse on her own!

I'm the founder of a DTC brand whose 3PL introduced us to Packiyo after experiencing trouble with our previous WMS' (Shipstation, Shiphero, and Finale). We finally found solace and a WMS that allows us to scale. Their support team is incredibly responsive whenever we can't figure out how to accomplish a task or whenever random bugs pop up. So much so that they've even added feature requests we as a brand have had to their roadmaps -- and executed on them! Really happy with their product so far, and happy to report that we don't have any plans to change our WMS ever again.
