Our three Packers were on time, courteous, and hard working. They packed our 16 foot and 8 foot PODS efficiently with the exception of two details. The first being they loaded boxes in the 16 foot container followed by large pieces of furniture that were too big for the 8 footer. This resulted in lost time as the boxes and furniture in the 16 footer had to be reorganized to fit. Even with that, the furniture was too close to the sliding door which resulted in slight damage to an antique hutch upon opening and unloading, as well as to a framed wooden mirror that sits on our dresser. I believe this could have been avoided if the furniture was packed first and the additional space in the 8 footer was better utilized. Thankfully, the damages mentioned were minor in the big scheme of things and nothing was broken. The online account management made it super easy to adjust services and keep track of schedules. Overall, we were satisfied with the experience.

We used Pack & Load at the recommendation of PODS. The crews on both ends of our move were on time and courteous, but the load-in crews didn't do what they were supposed to to protect our things and load the PODS correctly. We provided straps and bungees that weren't used at all. They did not bring additional rope as promised. They did not protect all of our wooden and glass furniture with cling wrap. They did not load the PODs well, which we discovered when they were unloaded - the loaders stacked heavy boxes on top of lighter boxes, and in general didn't seem to know how to load the PODs correctly, which is why we hired them! I give Pack & Load 3 stars because the unload teams were great - no complaints there. I wish it had been a better experience on the front end.

The guys showed up on time and got me packed and loaded within 3 hours. They took time to protect my belongings and load safely. All were very polite and respectful of myself, dogs and my home. I recommend them to anyone.

Not only were each of the gentlemen movers personable, but they were totally professional and efficient!!! After listening to my concerns about a few special pieces of furniture, they encouraged me to relax and they would take care of it all….AND they did! I’m so glad I went with these movers!

The two gentlemen were great. They carefully dissembled furniture and wrapped everything in shipping paper or plastic. Items were arranged in POD and secured properly to prevent damage during transit.

The loaders showed up on time, were courteous and professional.
When they first arrived they looked around what needed to be packed, developed a plan and proceeded accordingly. All boxes went into the 8ft. container, furniture and large items into the 16 ft. container. Everything got tightly packed.
At this point can’t assess if any damage was done since I moved out of state and containers did not arrive yet to get unpacked.
Team was awesome.

The crew that unpacked my belongings were nothing short of amazing. Hard working, polite and efficient. Highly recommend this crew.

I've used Pack and Load twice -- once to pack my belongings into a POD in Minnesota, and recently -- two years later! -- to deliver and unload my belongings in Los Angeles. Of course, these were different crews, but both were excellent. The Minnesota packers were fast and efficient and so careful that not one single thing was broken along the way. They took particular care with my electronic piano, which I appreciated so much. The Los Angeles movers were equally wonderful -- fast but very careful. My belongings were unloaded and put into place and my adjustable bed set up in no time. At one point, one of the guys started to put something in his pocket, then turned to me and showed me it was garbage. This was the move of a professional, to me -- he knew how things could be misinterpreted and didn't want any misunderstanding. I don't know if I happened to just luck out on these two different crews, but I couldn't have been happier with the service.

Arrived when they said they would and worked quickly and efficiently. Everything arrived at destination in good shape and was unloaded and delivered to our new place quickly.

"Hot Rod" and his team in San Diego were fantastic! Very professional and quick. Our POD shipped cross country and arrived safely thanks to their excellent work.

The loaders did a great job. They packed the more difficult items for us and got everything safely into our Pods
