I have used packaging price for several years and overall I have been happy with their service. I started using them when I could pick up an order from their warehouse instead of paying for shipping. They changed their policy to no longer allow that which is understandable. For a while they had the best prices for the size I needed but in the last 6 months I have noted more quality issues with the boxes as in the edges weren't square and lining up. I let them know but it continued and they didn't seem concerned about making it right for me. This was frustrating but I decided to look else where when they added an asterisk to their free shipping threshold. Adding on pretty crazy high fee on to the order. With the boxes I use that shipping fee gets added on with 3 bundles and I had been purchasing 7-9 at a time. Their new policy feels like playing games which I don't enjoy playing with a supplier. Either offer free shipping or don't but don't make it a game. I found that for the same price I can get orders in next day from uline where packing price was taking up to a week or I could get them in lower quantities from amazon keeping my cash flow in a slightly better state. As a small business owner I value suppliers that are prompt, reliable, consistent so that I can focus on running my business and serving my customers. It was a slow change but not in a direction that I as happy with. I would consider returning if they shifted their focus to being an asset to businesses rather than a hinderance.

Terrible customer service by Karla. ordered heavy tissue paper and was sent newsprint! It was in the correct box, but wrong item is in the box!!!Do not order their heavy-duty tissue you will get thin newsprint. Huge difference in price!!!!! Asked to speak with mgmt. and Karla was very rude!! She first said she would refund the money and now wants me to lift the 60 pound boxes and wait for a truck - as they have to be returned perfectly. I'm not hiring someone to do this for me as it is their fault it's the wrong item!!! I do not trust returning them and getting my full amount of money back as karla was so rude to me!! Nor do I have the means to get them down the 1/4 mile driveway - it was a residential delivery!

I receive a package of ten 20 x 20 x 20 corrugated boxes. Half the boxes had the entire cardboard facing cut off on the bottom. So basically, you have corrugated showing which is impossible to apply tape to. Talk about unbelievable lack of quality control. They never should have sent garbage like this to any customer, much less a regular customer. I will not order from them ever again. Sadly, their ownership doesn't seem to care as I have experienced issues before but NEVER like this. Some of their boxes are good and many are very poor. So my suggestion is not to be fooled by their flat rate shipping deal, as ultimately as always, you get what you pay for.

Only sent half my order. Had to send pics and request the other half several times to finally get it.

Next order was lost by FedEx. (The Macon hub is so incompetent that a local TV station, WMAZ, did a story about it.) Now, almost a month later I'm still trying to get them to send the boxes I paid for and should have received almost a month ago.

I keep giving them another chance because their prices are good, but not good enough to make up for their horrible customer service.

First off I saw someone’s review about them saying stuff is in stock when it is not. I understand the frustration but I deal with this all the time and it’s not uncommon. With a lot of vendors you will not know if something is truly in stock until you place the order it’s honestly very common… and I work in medical buying parts needed to fix machine that treat patients from general biomed to linear accelerators (cancer treatment). I will say if you only ship light items their products are fine but the quality compared to Uline is just not close. For a box rated for up to 65lbs I was nervous using 45lbs. Also when I got the shipment on one of the pallets someone walked all over the boxes, there were shoe prints left all over them which doesn’t help the already meh quality. Quite a few were damaged and i’ve thrown a way multiple boxes because I went to grab one and it separated at the seam. Quality control is definitely an issue.

If FedEx delivers to the wrong address and need them to follow you will have to wait till after the long holiday. I am a small company and I answer my emails 365 days a year.

Since they have stepped up and replaced the defective material I simply must upgrade my 1 star review to a 3 star review. I did need to berate them on social media to get the situation straightened out though. So that earns them a 3

We purchased over $1,000 in boxes on April 19, 2024 and they were supposed to be delivered the next day. The shipping company that Packaging Price choose could not deliver to our area. There was no call or any kind of communication to let me know that, I had to find that out by reaching out to the shipping company and Packaging Price. They said they had to get with their logistics people to find out when they would be able to redeliver. The last communication I received was on 4/25/24 to let me know they were waiting to see what there logistics could figure out. I reached out to them today 5/2/24 to find out where my order was and a lady to me that a manager would be in contact with me by the end of the business day. It is now 7pm and their office is closed with no communication. This is VERY poor customer service.

Worst company to do business with trust me please find a different company, they might me good the first few times you use them, but they will find a way to scam you. There is no customer service that is willing to help.

Very shady selling practice. You will never know that is item you ordered is available in stock. Only after you will put your order, pay for it, only after this you will find out that your item is on backorder and it is ALWAYS "(Expected in Stock: NOT AVAILABLE"). And if you will not pickup your order when THEY tell you to pick it up (may be you are enjoining a beach at this time) they will charge you 20% restocking fee. Stay away from this company.

Very poor and disappointing experience. I ordered some mailing tubes from this company. Shortly after I placed the order, I received a message indicating that the product was out of stock with no projected restock date. I called the company and spoke with a young woman who said that she checked stock at other warehouses and the product was not available. I requested that she cancel the order and she said she did that.

I then ordered the product from another vendor, since I needed it quickly. I was surprise to get a message the following day from Packaging Price that my order had been filled and shipped. I call the company, and the person I spoke with indicated that they had no record of the order being canceled. I could return the product at my own expense for the shipping and pay a 20% restocking fee. I forwarded the company the message I received stating the product was out of stock with no projected availability date, along with the very specific time I called the company, was completely ignored.

Due to the very poor customer service and obviously inaccurate systems of this company, I have two cartons of mailing tubes I have no use for, and I've wasted a considerable amount of money.

The tubes arrived today with the two boxes tied together so tightly with plastic wrap that the tubes on the sides of both boxes have been crushed and are unusable.

I certainly won't be ordering from this company again, given the poor experience throughout this transaction. Packing materials are all pretty much the same; it's the customer experience that sets companies apart. And this company evidently isn't interested in that experience.

They charged me a $75 lift gate service fee, for a UPS delivery that I unloaded myself. No lift gate involved here. They promised to get the fee back to me and that was over a week ago. Despite my phone messages and emails they refuse to do the right thing. Their excuse was that the problem was with my bank, not with them. Fact is they outright lied to me, they ripped me off, they stole from me and evidently they have no feelings of guilt or remorse. They will not get anymore business from me.

these people are a scam beware they i placed two orders for a shipping price of 19.99 on my third order they tried to charge me 79.99. i contacted them and she says they are giving me the lowest best rate to ensure my package arrives. my total for my order was 103 and shipping cost was going to be another 79.99 almost the same price of my order. get the word around do not let these guys scam people share the info on social media for shipping price gouging. im not stopping here i will make sure everyone know about your scam. im sure you will try and make up some lie just to make yourself look better but people will see you guys are scammers.

Placed an order on 10/10 large enough to qualify for free shipping. They added a "lift gate" charge to deliver the order (all delivery trucks have a lift gate). Emailed to cancel the order about an hour after placing. They refused to cancel. I told them I would refuse the order. They still refused to cancel and emailed their "conditions" that said I would still be responsible for return shipping. I again told them to cancel, they refused and the order shipped the NEXT DAY. The order was refused and they charged me $115 return shipping disguised as a merchandise order with sales tax added to make it more difficult to dispute. Upshot Bank of America refused my dispute for $115. I placed the same order with Lindenmeyr Monroe, saved $150. before the $75, lift gate charge and actually got free shipping. I'm still $110 ahead after the $115 return shipping for the order they refused to cancel. If Packaging Price is so desperate for orders to refuse to cancel a repeat customer's order my suggestion is to save yourself a ton of money and order from Lindenmyer.

Was using them all the time. Now they have added extremely high shipping charges, so high that Uline is cheaper lol

TERRIBLE BOXES!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I ordered 48" long boxes since that is the cutoff size for a major price increase from the shipping carriers. Every single box they sent me was too long by a whole inch. This has led to a doubling of the cost of my shipping which is unacceptable for a business. When I reached out to at least get a refund for their incorrect boxes, they told me they couldn't. This was their fault and it has cost me significantly and they are unwilling to fix the problem they caused. Terrible boxes, terrible service. Avoid at all costs. ULINE is 1000 times better.

The boxes I ordered weren't what was listed. When I reached out, they told me I had to pay return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee if I wanted a refund, even though the error was on their end. The conversation on their end was rude, unprofessional, and dishonest.

The price of these boxes were excellent and were the deciding factor towards the final purchase. They arrived within a week. Initially I had an issue with some being on back order, so I called customer service and she helped me out. Why two stars? The boxes were cheap and affordable, they arrived quickly and in great condition: but the boxes are...useless. practically paper thin. Other cardboard boxes I have have a edge crush test score of 44 lb. (This isn't something I considered when making the purchase). The boxes I ordered have a ECT score of 32 lb. Lightly pressing on a corner with your palm would crush the corner. These boxes are so thin it's insane. This was a $650 order. I have no clue what I'm going to do now.

I placed an order for boxes and every bundle was damaged. They were still mostly usable but they looked absolutely awful. I took photos and reached out to their support for some type of explanation and they haven't gotten back to me in 2 weeks. I followed up, but nothing so far. As a subscription box business owner, I'm disappointed that I had no choice but to ship my packages in these terrible looking boxes, but I'm even more disappointed in the lack of response/apology/explanation. Needless to say, I won't be reordering, and their customer service is embarrassing. I would recommend taking your business anywhere else.
