We had several informative and productive meetings as well as a property visit, all on short notice. We went from introduction to the Pacaso concept to "closing" in one week, due to the well-informed staff that was incredibly responsive over a holiday weekend - very impressive!

The several people involved in our purchase and introduction were spot on and very helpful. We had a somewhat unusual fund transfer situation at purchase date which was handled very well by staff.

Each Pacaso representative made an effort to respond to where we were in the process, with diligence and patience.

My only complaint was not in my experience of this sale, but that now sometimes other Pacaso reps call and text me. From a client perspective, I really only want to work with one sales person.
