I was about to purchase products that I put in cart and started to fill out my information email address etc but before I went to proceed to pay I stopped thinking I will do a review on company first and so pleased I did.
I then tried to delete my info but it kept renewing! So I got out of the ozerty website.
Since then I have recieved about 6 emails saying I have a customer number, the products are ready to be sent etc.
I have emailed them about 4 times clearly stating my position of no interest and not proceeding,for them to stop emailing and even said this is fraudulent to continue but its obvious they dont read emails ..obviously too many frustrated or worse Very angry customers to contend with.
THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND PROUD OF IT. DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THEM. THEY ARE SHAMELESS SCUM!

The photo of the magnetic balls and sticks is very misleading . The actual size of the container is smaller than a pack of cards . Pricing too high for the very small tin you get .
Communication with Mary was excellent , however doesn’t make up for the TINY size of the article .

They will start taking £29.99 subscription and will never refund you money back when you find out. I have been asking for my refund the last 3 months and they keep saying that they have a technical issue and cannot process it. I would give -1 review if I could.

Arrived fast, product as describe and quality for money, not sure if posture corrector works good yet, not sure why so meny bad reviews maybe AI muck up or I was lucky

It is a scam website takes to much hidden cost which is more than the order itself.
The item I received is very bad quality.
Contact customer service she is doing disgusting service and don’t respond on time. Please beware before ordering from this website.

They are terribly unethical and it's a complete scam, eco fees are not clear on purchase. A separate payment of $29.95 was taken out of my account for eco fees when I placed an order for shampoo of $38. I sent them an email and they replied saying the amount was clear on checkout which is a complete lie. Do not buy from this website unless you want hidden cost.

Not a happy experience, and I didn't even buy anything from them. Their online order form told me my email was 'invalid' (it wasn't), then you're exhorted to add extra to the 'free' shipping, like postal insurance. The final straws were 'Error 404' for my credit card details and a request from customer service to send a screenshot of the issue, which I had done already. Only then did I read Trustpilot reviews...

DO NOT! Use ozerty nz (not even nz) they are scammers. I ended up with 4x extra unauthorised transactions (NZ$85) from my back account. When confronted they told me that $29.95 is for eco packaging and would not justify the other 3x unauthorised overcharging transactions. I bought 2x small bracelets, why would I need that eco packaging?? They said it’s standard and mandatory. Thank god I was quick enough to cancel my card or who knows how much more they would have misused it for. Get charge back from your bank and report then please!

I live in NZ and ordered some trainers from Ozerty advertised free shipping. Once my credit card details were on the site, the buyers were encouraged several times to buy one more pair before taking my money. Afterwards, I received two separate invoices from them: one for the goods, which stated free postage, and the other for the postage. I doubted they would arrive, but they did eventually, and I found them to be of very poor quality and the wrong size. I would never buy from them again.

Do not buy from this company they use sneaky tactics to extract more money out of you.

I bought a product for $35 then after the purchase they did another transaction which nearly double the initial cost, based on some bs eco charge.

Company is a total rip off products not the same as the offer

This company isa scam. I ordered some glue and they added a $33 shipping charge and three months later they took $55.99 at an "ECO" payment which they claim I signed up for and I did not. I changed my credit card to stop them accessing my account in future. Stay away from Ozerty like the plague

Warning: Ozerty charged my credit card $59.89 without my authorisation on 18 September 2025.
I purchased an item from them 8 months ago which I returned due to poor quality.
Now, months after I returned the previous order this new charge appears on my card.
This is completely unacceptable — they clearly mishandle personal payment details, and I strongly caution anyone considering ordering from them.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS!!! IF YOU HAVE BECAUSE YOU PURCHASED SOMETHING I RECOMMEND YOU CANCEL YOUR CARD AND GET A NEW ONE. They will keep taking money out of your account long after you’re done with them.

Definitely a scam company. It has hidden costs that is not displayed on the onset. I got charged again after 3 months even though I had not purchased anything!!! It is Not a NZ company although uses .co.nz Definitely a fraud company!!!!

Just to add to other reviews. Ozerty seems to add a sustainability payment after cc details already sent.
Then three months later $59.99 taken from cc without communication (bank suggested I missed a note in the fine print that says I signed up for a subscription although I read the details fairly thoroughly). Have had to cancel credit card and start dispute procedings with the bank. Tiresome and annoying. Stay well clear of this rogue company.

The company stated the cost was $13.49 but then charged my credit card account $43.44. When I queried the additional cost of $29.95 they said it was for their services. There were no services provided!!
How can they get away with this dishonesty.

Not happy with the niacinamide toothpaste I bought from there, I paid $30 for it and it's nothing like what it says ,

My credit card was fraudlently debited $59.99. I had purchased a substandard product in April, and now they have debited my credit card. I have cancelled it at the bank, but it has caused huge inconvenience, as my card has had t be cancelled, and I have several personal ad business subscriptions that come out, and I will need to re-load.
