I never right reviews, but its so hard to find trust a sofa on line especially with so many similar, soooo happy I chose my loopa sofa from here. Exactly as it looks online and super comfy. Was so nervous it would be a different colour or not be right but super happy. I recommend ☺️
These frauds they will cancel my order (I asked for the cancellation) but they have still taken money from my account and do not respond to emails anymore. I have reported this to the police and financial ombudsmen. They have not refunded anything as they have said.

About your emails
Our support team works within a 24-hour response window, and they actually replied about 4–5 hours after your first message with a full explanation of the cancellation process. We didn’t hear back from you after that, but you’re always welcome to contact us anytime — we promise we don’t bite, not even on Fridays.
About the refund
You requested a cancellation yesterday, and we processed the refund immediately on our side. Since the payment was made through Klarna, the actual speed depends entirely on Klarna and your bank. They usually need around 3–5 business days. Our dashboard shows your refund is already in progress on Klarna’s side.
If the funds still haven’t shown up by 9 December, just let us know and we’ll happily check again. We’re not here to keep your money hostage — we just want this sorted so everyone can stop refreshing their banking app every hour.
And regarding our company setup:
We are registered in the UK, and our production takes place in our own facility in Hong Kong. This information is clearly stated on our website. Many British brands manufacture internationally, and our structure is no different. We’re a team passionate about furniture, dedicated to creating high-quality pieces our customers can feel confident in.

Customer service was a dream! They were so helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had and even customized the couch according to my wishes. They also sent me a video of my couch before it arrived and the packaging absolutely held up. The couch is great quality and exactly as pictured on the website. I have zero complaints and am so happy I took a chance to order from here. They also sent me free pillows and the quality is so nice. They're really hefty, which is perfect. Yes, shipping takes quite a while but it was definitely worth the wait.

The customer service was incredibly responsive and nice. I was in touch with them directly via instagram messenger.
O have to reduce one point as shipping unfortunately took quite long. I had to wait almost 3 months.

We’re so glad to hear you’re happy with the product and our customer service team. Regarding the wait time for shipping, we completely understand how frustrating the delay must have been. Since April, changes in tariffs and import rules across different countries have created unexpected hold-ups at several ports. Still, we know that’s not something customers should have to worry about.

The team were super responsive and helpful with all my questions and helpful with all my questions. Delivery took a while, but it arrived earlier than I expected, and they kept me in the loop the whole time. Looks great in my space.
The sofa is super soft and so comfortable. Delivery to Germany took a bit longer, but the team was really helpful and kept me updated. The extra cushions were a nice surprise too!
The sofa looks even better at home. The olive colour goes so well with everything, and it's comfy to sit on. Delivery was smooth and I was kept updated the whole time. Very happy!
The sofa looks great and is comfortable. It arrived safely, but the box was reinforced with a wooden frame, which took some effort to remove.

I had my eye on this sofa for a while, and with so many similar options out there, I did a lot of homework before making a decision especially after a past online scam left me very cautious. I compared a couple of other shops, but OzDesign Sofa really stood out. They answered all my questions patiently and efficiently, which made all the difference. I wanted my ottoman in a custom colour different from the sofa, and they were super helpful, sending photos and videos to help me choose the right fabric. They kept me updated with shipping info, and after about two months, my sofa arrived. The quality is amazing!! I absolutely love the fabric. This was the best furniture shopping experience I’ve ever had! So I highly recommend them!!!
We didn’t get to see this sofa in person and were a bit hesitant at buying online but glad we did it is a very beautiful sofa, great fabric, very comfortable.
