I've tried other hair removal creams before and I always come up worse. Id get rashes or razor bumps and be in pain for days! Hair removal was a nightmare. Then I tried bye bye bush, game changer, no bumps or burns and after the hair s removed skin looks and feels natural. I use once a week and it takes 10-15 mins to remove hair.I will never try another brand.

Love it! I struggle with ingrowns like no other. Seriously consider taking out a loan for laser hair removal. No need now :)

I am absolutely in love with Oyo Skincare. I have always shaved all my life and been prone to ingrowns, trying to find alternatives along the way to help reduce these, yet never finding a good resolution. All hair removal creams are unbearable and have harsh ingredients which irritate the skin. However, when i switched to Oyo I received instant results and benefits. The hair removal cream smells way more natural, my ingrowns have gone and the cream actually works!! I have not had any issues at all with this cream it is honestly a miracle to me and will never go back.
I use the Bye Bye Bush with the whole set and I cannot recommend it enough.

Very effective, transparent and quick service. Anything I needed with my subscription was handled within 24 hours and they made it painless for me.

Helped sort out a cable issue I had for the IPA device (i ordered the wrong pin) but was past the normal return window as it was delivered while I was out of the country. Had an issue with my delivery - nothing to do with Oyo. I reached out to let them know about the issue and was met with the best customer service i’ve ever received. They went above and beyond to cater for me. Still yet to try all my products but i can say the customer service is amazing

I was so excited to receive my package, it arrived very quickly but unfortunately one of the products was damaged; I reached out to customer service and they were so incredibly helpful and friendly, offering to ship me out a replacement free of charge, and they responded so quickly. Not only are the products wonderful but so are the lovely team who run the business. Couldn’t be happier with the service and their dedication to their customer base.

Fantastic customer service - Bye Bye Bush cream is the best I’ve tried, sadly another product didn’t work for me, but they stood by their guarantee & have been terrific at communicating.

Personally, it didn’t work well for me. First impression was the smell … so so bad, but in saying that, I guess it can’t smell amazing due to active ingredients.. so I do understand. I don’t have thick hair, I had to keep it on for 10 mins (more than the recommended time) and it just removed patches of hair. I’m not giving up though, I’ll keep trying 💪

Pretty sure they’re just scammers. Followed instructions, patch tested, only left the cream on for 5 mins and now I’m in pain with burns on my bikini.

I came across an ad for Bye Bye Bush and was curious about using a gentle and more natural hair removal product. I haven’t been able to shave my legs for at least a year because the regrowth causes a lot of itching and irritation that leaves me feeling miserable. I’ve heard some bad experiences from other people using other hair removal creams and was a bit cautious about using Bye Bye Bush, but curious to see how it would go.

The experience from ordering to using this product was great. My order was shipped not too long after placing it, and it got here quite quickly considering it was shipped from the UK to Australia and during the Black Friday sale period. Using the cream was quick and painless, no prep required before using it. I left it on my legs for ten minutes (my leg hair is quite thick and has been likened to wookiee hair lol) and most of my hair came off when the cream was removed. The stubborn hairs were really easy to break down and get rid of after washing my skin and towelling it dry using light but firm pressure on the skin.

I loved using this cream and it has exceeded all of my expectations. I hate shaving my legs and having to worry about if I’m irritating my skin or going to nick myself with the blade. There was no irritation while using the cream or afterwards with the regrowth of hair, and I think I could probably get away with removing my leg hair every fortnight or so. This has replaced shaving for me, I won’t go back.

The Bye Bye Bush and No Burn Balm are amazing! Bye Bye Bush does have a slight smell but worth it for the no razor bumps and smooth hair removal. No Burn Balm was so soothing and for the first time, my armpits weren’t irritated after shaving!

Amazing customer service! Definitely recommend using. I already use, Keep it Clean, Bye Bye Bush, Keep it Fresh and Final Touch. Never had an issue. Very gentle on skin and so easy to use.

I loved OYO!! I was hesitant at first but I was sick of my super long shaving routine to avoid ingrowns or razor burn so I thought I’d try it out. At first it wasn’t working, but after emailing with Nicole I realized your skin has to be DRY and it has to be on longer hair, stubble won’t work. Once I tried again with those things in mind it worked FLAWLESSLY. No razor burn. No ingrowns. And it only took 10 minutes. I will be sending this to EVERYONE I know!!!

Wow I was seriously blown away by the product but then oyo went above and beyond with the customer service talk about something you don’t see that often anymore I would recommend this product to everyone just because it works! But even more so how you’ll get treated by this company it’s exceptional! Thank you !

I ordered a skin set for my girlfriend and was very excited to give it to her for Xmas. Unfortunately, the package was stolen off my porch. I was lucky to purchase the package insurance and they have been incredibly helpful in getting me a new package sent out!

I love Oyo and have been using their products for a while, and their customer service is phenomenal! I had a recent order get delivered and I noticed one of the products was missing, despite the box and rest of the products being in perfect condition. I sent an email regarding the issue and Andrea got back to me immediately, and I was shipped that replacement product that day. I’m so appreciative of Oyo and their team!
